【摘要】 随着我国经济社会的快速发展,物流业正逐渐成为各地新的经济增长点。各地对物流产业也越来越重视,而各地大型物流中心的修建也方兴未艾。但是从总体的情况来看,我国对物流中心各方面的研究还处于起步阶段,还没有相对比较完善的理论体系,可以有的参考还比较少。由于物流中心的占地规模和投资都比较大,一旦在论证和规划设计时出现问题,必将对运营期的效益产生巨大的影响,造成资金和社会资源的浪费。所以为了保证物流中心建设的必要性和合理性,有必要对物流中心的建设进行可行性论证。本文从国内对物流中心可行性研究的现状出发,借鉴国内外比较先进的理论基础,对青州高柳物流中心的建设进行可行性研究。本文主要介绍了物流业和物流中心建设在国内外的发展趋势,并在对青州市社会概括和经济发展详细研究的基础上,从建立现代物流中心与促进经济发展的关系对青州高柳物流中心建设的必要性进行了研究。着重研究了青州高柳物流中心建设的市场可行性、经济可行性、社会可行性及存在风险等方面进行了客观的论证。并对青州高柳物流中心的建设规模进行了测算,对地址选择进行了比较。并对项目的建设和运营提出了具体的意见和建议。最后,在客观详尽研究的基础上,提出了本文的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 along with our country economic society’s fast development, the logistics is becoming the regional new economic growths gradually. Each region also more and more takes seriously to the physical distribution industry, but the regional large-scale physical distribution center’s construction is also on the rise. But looking from the overall situation, our country is also at the start stage to the physical distribution center various aspects research, did not have the relatively quite perfect system info, may have the reference are also quite few. Because the physical distribution center’s occupying land area scale and the investment are quite big, once when proves and the plan design has the problem, will certainly to have the huge influence to the operation time benefit, creates the fund and the social resource waste. Therefore to guarantee that physical distribution center construction necessity and rationality, it is necessary to carry on the feasible proof to the physical distribution center construction. This article embarks from the home to the physical distribution center feasibility study’s present situation, profits from the domestic and foreign quite advanced rationale, conducts the feasibility study to the Qingzhou Gaoliu logistics center’s construction, this article mainly introduced logistics and physical distribution center construction in domestic and foreign trend of development, and to the Qingzhou society broad and in economic development dissect foundation, has conducted the research from the establishment modern physical distribution center and the promotion economic development’s relations to the Qingzhou Gaoliu logistics center construction’s necessity. Has studied Qingzhou Gaoliu logistics center r aspects emphatically and so on construction market feasibility, economical feasibility, social feasibility and existence risk has carried on the objective proof.
