【摘要】 高校思想政治理论课是对大学生进行思想政治教育的主阵地、主渠道,而思想政治理论精品课程网络资源建设,对于促进课堂教学、优质资源共享、延展课堂时空、充分发挥主阵地、主渠道作用,提高思想政治理论课教育教学的实效性,有着更加重要的现实意义和使用价值。本文在对思想政治理论精品课程网络建设进行了较为深入的理论阐述后,着重对黑龙江省高校思想政治理论精品课程网络资源建设的现状进行了调查,并运用SPSS统计软件对调查数据进行了统计分析。研究表明：黑龙江省高校思想政治理论精品课程网络资源较为丰富,功能较为齐全,但网络资源建设质量和水平、宣传的深度和广度、学生的访问率、网页的互动性、网络资源的共享机制、监督评价机制等方面,还存在着许多值得认真研究和探讨的问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了改进黑龙江省思想政治理论精品课程网络资源建设的意见和措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ideological and political theory course in college is a crucial channel for ideological and political education of students. Therefore, the construction of ideological and political theory quality course network of plays an active role in sharing of high-quality resource and facilitating classroom teaching so as to improve the actual effects of ideological and political theory education, which is of great significance on reality and application.This paper briefed the literature of ideological and political education theory, and conducted a survey of the application status of college ideological and political theory quality course network resource in Heilongjiang province, and the statistical analysis is also conducted by the use of the software SPSS.The analysis shows that, network resource of ideological and political theory quality courses in Heilongjiang’s universities is sufficient with comparatively complete functions, yet the quality of network construction needs improvement, and the network resource suffers inadequate publicity, low student visit rate and low interactivity of webpage. Simultaneously, the sharing mechanism and corresponding supervision and evaluation system of network resource should also be improved. Based on the analysis, improvement suggestions and improvement measures are also proposed.更多还原
