基于三维条件的露天矿采剥方案的优化研究

【摘要】 随着三维矿业软件的发展,采用三维模式对矿山进行设计及生产信息管理必将极大地改变采矿工作者的工作和研究方式。本论文以3DMine矿业软件在复杂露天矿山的设计、采剥排土方案优化方面的应用研究为选题。以真实露天矿山的三维数字模型为平台,利用三维矿业软件对境界设计和采剥方案优化进行实验研究,以论证和拓展三维矿业软件的在矿山开采中的功效及辅助研究的方法。本文应用3DMine三维矿业工程软件,以某露天矿山实际资料为工程背景,对露天矿的地表地形、矿体赋存形态等建立了三维模型,并在此基础上进行了露天境界的优化设计。根据矿山开采的实际情况以及节约成本提高效率的需要,论文论证并设计了分区开采境界,并据此分别建立了内部排土场和外部排土场以及先行下降分区境界内的空气模块,制定了采剥和排土方案。为矿山的同类生产规划问题研究提供了在三维条件下新的解决方案和技术路线。此外,本文还根据矿山采剥和排土工程的生产实际情况设计了优化采剥和排土关系的线性规划数学模型,并使用LINGO软件对数学模型进行编程求解,求得了最优解。该露天矿的建模及各种方案的优化涉及到露天开采和设计、运筹学、计算机科学等理论知识。本文应用这些理论知识,以3Dmine三维矿业工程软件为平台,根据矿山的生产现状和实际需求,深入地研究了使用3DMine三维软件来实现露天矿的建模和优化,分别对露天矿设计、生产、排土、运输等方面进行了研究和讨论。本文的工作都是在三维平台上开展的,论文中也将传统的二维平面设计方法和三维立体设计方法进行了对比,从各方面体现出了三维软件在采矿应用中的明显优势。可以看出,三维矿业软件的普及应用必将是现代数字矿山建设的发展趋势。

【Abstract】 With the development of 3D Mine software used to design three-dimensional model of the mine and production information management will dramatically change the mining workers in the research and work.3D Mine software in the design of open pit mine complex and optimization of the application of stripping of this thesis for the topic. The real three-dimensional digital model of open pit mine as a platform, using three-dimensional realm of mining software for optimization design and stripping experiment studies to demonstrate and develop three-dimensional effect of mining software and support transfer of the mining method.According to mining situation and the need of cost-efficiency, the paper were established air models of the inside waste dump and outside waste dump respectively, developed dumping program and demonstrated the feasibility of the program. When similar problems occurred in production, the paper provided a new three-dimensional solutions and technical routes for mine.In addition to this, according to mine stripping and dumping conditions, this paper established the linear mathematical model of striping and dumping volume, and using LINGO software programming to solve the mathematical model, finally obtained the optimal solution.The open-pit mining of phosphate mine modeling and optimization of various programs related to open-pit mining and design, operations research, computer science and theoretical knowledge. In this paper, the theoretical knowledge to 3D mining engineering software platform, based on mine production status and the actual demand, in-depth study of the use of 3DMine three-dimensional software to open pit mine modeling and optimization, respectively, open pit mine design, production, dump, transport and other aspects of the study and discussion.The work in this article is based on 3D design platform, and the 3D design method is compared with the traditional 2D surface design one in this article, which indicates that the 3D software is preferred to be applied in mining operation. In a nutshell, widely application of the 3D software is a tendency for establishing the modern digital mine.
