【摘要】 我国的改革开放进行了将近30年,30年来,我国在良好的内外环境下的经济实力增长很快,经济建设取得了极大的成就。但与世界上的发达国家相比在人均GDP上仍然存在差距。要减小差距,就要提高生产力水平,提高生产力水平就要大力发展工业。我国需要利用科技创新大力发展我国的制造业,并有效地节能降耗。我国工业生产,单位产出的能源耗分别是欧盟、美国、日本的5倍、2.5倍、9倍,这不利于我国工业质的增长。工业化,要重视企业的科学管理,进行成本核算和成本控制。笔者在某石油装备制造企业工作多年,认为在生产中能耗高、浪费多、损失多,成本控制能力特别有限。本文准备以石油装备制造行业为研究对象,对普遍存在的成本控制难度大等问题进行研究,结合科学的理论和自己的经历,尝试提出成本控制的措施。我国企业成本普遍存在着较为严重的问题,对于我国企业成本控制的研究深度和广度不足。论文以吉林油田装备制造厂成本核算为实例,针对石油装备制造企业存在的成本控制问题进行了深入研究,发现问题,分析问题,解决问题,为ERP在油田装备制造业的实施和普及提供基础。ERP在国外得到了广泛的应用,但在我国仍在引入的探索之中,论文采取理论与实践相结合的方式,对油田装备制造企业ERP环境下标准成本管理体系的构建给出了思路,并为新型成本管理体系的实施提供了保证机制,具有一定创新性。首先,文章明确了文章写作背景、研究意义、研究内容、研究思路。然后本文对标准成本理论、ERP系统、ERP标准成本管理理论的有关研究进行综述,作为本论文研究的理论基础。本文阐述了吉林油田装备制造厂成本核算的现状,针对实施标准成本的原因,描述了ERP系统中标准成本的具体成本核算流程实施。本文对吉林油田装备制造厂ERP环境下标准成本管理体系进行了研究,并给出了新型成本管理体系实施的保证机制。企业生产的根本是为了盈利,而生产运营过程是企业创造价值实现利润的源泉。生产运营管理不但要提高生产的产量和质量,还要降低消耗,降低成本,提高生产率,控制生产成本,因此研究成本控制具有特别重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is almost 30 year since opening policy of China. The economy of China has been developing rapidly. But this still gap between the factory of China and the factory of modern countries on productivity efficient. We should develop the industry by modern technology, and try to low the cost. We should set importance to cost control in order to realize industrialization. I works in oil equipment industry for several years, and know it is necessary that there are problems about the factories of China in cost control. This paper takes oil equipment as case to study cost control.ERP is popular in the factories of foreign countries. But the ERP application in factories of China is limited. This paper studies cost control system by ERP on theories and practice of other scholars and foreign factories, which will help the application of novel cost control system by ERP.This paper states out the study background, study meaning, study content, study thread. This paper reviews the study of other scholars on theory and practice. This paper make out the situation of Jilin Oilfield Oil Equipment Enterprise, and tries to find problems of costs control of Jilin Oilfield Oil Equipment Enterprise. This paper studies the implement of the costs control system of Jilin Oilfield Oil Equipment Enterprise.Profit is the objective of enterprise, and the management of operation could lead to more profit. Management of enterprise operation could low the cost and develop the productivity, which is meaningful about the study.更多还原
