【摘要】 农产品物流的研究具有重大的理论意义和实践意义。黑龙江省农产品资源丰富,是我国重要的商品粮生产基地之一,但是近年来农产品物流发展十分落后,许多农产品不能实现“货畅其流”和“物尽其值”,严重阻碍了农民收入的增长和农业的发展,所以黑龙江省急需建立一个新型、高效的农产品物流发展模式。在上述背景下,通过采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,以现代物流理论为支撑点,探讨了黑龙江省农产品物流的发展模式。首先介绍了农产品物流的涵义、分类和特点,并对现行农产品物流模式的种类、特点及适应范围进行了描述性分析;其次把黑龙江省农产品物流分为大宗农产品物流、鲜活农产品物流和其他农产品物流三类,在全面调查黑龙江各类农产品物流发展现状和现行农产品物流模式的基础上,对黑龙江省发展农产品物流做出优劣势分析;再次构建了黑龙江农产品物流发展的主要模式即供应链管理模式,并应用层次分析法对影响供应链管理效率的因素进行了层次分析,找出影响供应链管理效率的主要因素,从而有针对性地设计了农产品供应链,然后又分别从物流运作和可持续发展的角度提出了黑龙江省农产品物流的发展的两个补充模式即系统运作模式和可持续发展模式;最后给出了黑龙江省农产品供应链管理模式发展的具体思路与对策,即国家宏观政策的支持和引导;完善农产品供应链的基础设施;建立农产品生产与流通保证体系;培育、发展代表农民利益的农民协会组织;用先进的物流技术对农产品供应链进行管理和大力培养农产品供应链管理方面的专业人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Research on logistics of agricultural products is of great significance of theories and practice. The resource of agricultural products of Heilongjiang is abundant, and it is one of important base of marketable grain produce, but the development of Logistics of agricultural products is backward in recent years, the circulation of much agricultural products is not smooth , and the value of them can not be achieved, it will discourage serious the income increase of peasants and the development of agriculture, consequently ,the province of Heilongjiang need build the new type and efficient mode of the development of Logistics of agricultural products urgently.Under above background, investigating the mode of the development of Logistics of agricultural products of Heilongjiang by using both quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method, and putting the theory of modern Logistics as a point of support. Firstly, introduced agricultural product logistics concept, classification and characteristic, and did descriptive analysis to the current mode of Logistics of agricultural products classification ,characteristic and suited range; Secondly, it sorted agricultural products logistics of Heilongjiang into staple agricultural products logistics and fresh agricultural products logistics and others, and founded the base of surveying the current development of all kinds of Logistics of agricultural products, and made the analysis of prepotency and disadvantage of developing logistics of agricultural products of Heilongjing. Thirdly, built the important mode of logistics of agricultural products of Heilongjing, sc. the mode of supply chain management of agricultural products, and did the analysis to infect the efficiency of supply chain management of agricultural products by Analytic Hierarchy Process, and found the important factor to design supply management of agricultural products directly, following proposed two modes supplementary, the mode of system computing and green logistics in terms of the computing of analysis and development standing; Lastly, it prevented the policies of the development of supply chain management of agricultural products, sc. the support and guide of macroscopy policy of country; perfecting base facilitics of supply chain management of agricultural products; building the quality safeguard system of the produce and circulation of agricultural products; training and developed the organization of peasant association; managing supply chain of agricultural products by advanced technology; fostering the talents in the field of supply chain management of agricultural products.更多还原
