【摘要】 人力资源管理系统在保险行业中，是现代企业管理中的重要部分,是企业人力资源管理走向科学化，规范化，自动化的推动力。在保险行业中，管理系统的存在对于员工以及高层人员都是不可或缺的。先进的人力资源管理系统应具备能够在系统中寻觅到充足的信息和查询手段，在系统中能够让查询者对查寻的信息清楚明了。而使用效率低，安全性差的人工方式管理时由于长时间的积累产生大量的文件和数据，这对于查找信息及更新和维护都带来了极大的困难。因此，先进的自动化，信息化的人力资源管理系统对提高企业的管理水平是必不可少的。本文先从实际项目入手，参考国内外研究现状，运用面向对象的方法，ASP与数据库封装技术，ASP中的MVC设计模式，元数据思想，数据库安全等方面的应用技术，构架出了整个基于B/S结构的保险公司人力资源管理系统。然后，根据保险公司的特点和项目的实际需求入手，从软件工程的角度深入阐述了保险公司人力资源管理系统的业务需求、总体需求和业务功能。而后，对系统的业务流程和对象模型给出详细的图标分析，使得系统的筹备工作完善。与此同时，对系统应用元数据和数据库进行分析与设计。在分析之后，详细论述了保险公司人力资源管理系统的设计与实现，包括对系统架构的设计，系统元数据的设计，系统数据库的设计以及各子系统的功能设计实现。最后，结合业务流程图和实际系统叙述了系统的实现部分，并根据测试用例进行系统测试。本课题设计采用较流行的B/S结构与ASP技术，实现保险公司的人力资源管理系统,展示了友好的界面和强大的功能系统深入浅出的研究了元数据的设计思想以及MVC设计模式。在对整个课题的功能及设计方法进行详尽的阐述后，得出系统的实现。本系统投入实际应用后，将大大减轻人力资源管理者的工作量，使得管理趋向电子化，信息化。而电子化的信息管理模式，必定将在未来有更大的发展空间，更广阔的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Human resource management system is an indispensable part of an enterprise,and it is an important part of modern enterprise. It is the driving force of the enterprisehuman resources management to a scientific, standardization and automation. Modernmanagement system is important to both employees and managers. So users should beable to find sufficient information and inquiry method in this system. In addition,human resource status should be cleared in a certain extent. However, low efficiency,poor safety, the massive documents and the data backlog of a long time. This maybring a lot of problems in reaching, upgrading, even maintenance. Therefore，Advanced automation, information-based human resources management system isessential to improve the management level of enterprises.The article start from the actual project, with a reference research situation, usingobject-oriented method, ASP and database packaging technology, the MVC designmode in ASP, metadata thoughts, database security and so on, make a frame of wholehuman resource management system. Then according to the characteristics of theinsurance companies and the actual demand of the project, From the point of view ofsoftware engineering article probes the insurance company human resourcemanagement system needs of the business, overall demand and business functions.And then, the system of business process and object model will give out the detailedanalysis of the icon, to make the system of the preparatory work perfect. At the sametime, analysis and design the system application metadata and database. Afteranalyzing in detail, discusses the insurance company human resource managementsystem design and implementation, including the design of system framework，designof metadata，design of database and implementation of subsystem. Finally, combinedwith the actual business flow chart and system, describe the realization of the system,and system testing through the test cases.In the development, use the more popular B/S structure, ASP and a webbrowsing way presents an insurance company human resource management system.At the same time, it shows friendly interface and powerful features. System explainprofound theories in simple language，research metadata design and MVC design patterns. On the whole subject function and the design method in detail, to obtain thesystem realization.After the system into actual work, it will greatly reduce the workload of humanresource managers, and make the management tends to electronic and information.The electronic information management mode, will surely have large developmentspace, and more broad application prospects in the future.更多还原
