【摘要】 六西格玛综合了各种现代质量理论,原则和方法,并且应用到组织日常运营管理中,是提高企业整体质量的有效方法,能够为企业带来巨大的竞争优势。研究六西格玛在我国企业的应用和成功转化途径对于提升我国企业的质量水平非常重要。本文研究方法是调查问卷分析和实地采访。通过文献研究,本文分析了六西格玛在国外的成功因素,并予以总结。通过文献研究的结果,项目小组设计、发放、回收并统计了调查问卷。通过对调查结果分析,总结了中国不同的企业在六西格玛领导力,六西格玛战略,顾客驱动与顾客满意,六西格玛基础管理,六西格玛项目管理,评价与激励,六西格玛成果管理等方面的表现。项目组还进行实地分析,对中航工业集团下的航材院、宝钢、太钢、海尔、江铃汽车、蓝星化工、太平共享等典型企业的六西格玛管理推进情况,与企业的领导层和各层员工进行访谈,并深入现场进行生产和服务调研。最后,本文对我国企业六西格玛的实施从企业战略层面,操作层面,文化层面和绩效管理等角度提出了具体的对策和建议;也对政府为推行六西格玛可以做出的努力提出了建议,包括宣传、鼓励和政策支持等等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Six sigma combines various quality theories, principles and methods, and deploys them into the daily operation of an organization, which effectively improves the quality of a company and greatly enhances its competitiveness. Studying the six sigma deployment of Chinese companies is helpful to promote six sigma management in China.This thesis uses the studying method of survey and on-site interviews. Based on the literature reviews, this thesis summarizes the success factors of six sigma deployment in foreign countries. According to the outcome of the literature study, the project team designed the questionnaire, released it and collected it. By analyzing the results of the collected questionnaires, the thesis studies the deployment status of different kinds of Chinese companies in leadership, six sigma strategies, customer-driven and customer-focus, fundamental management of Six Sigma, evaluation and motivation, and project performance. The project team also conducted on-site conversations with all levels of employees in the famous typical companies. Further in-depth service research is also conducted.Finally, the thesis gives detailed suggestions on the implementation of Six Sigma from strategic, operational, cultural and performance management perspectives; it also make recommendations on the government on how to support the six sigma management in companies, like publicity, encouragement and preferential policies.更多还原
