【摘要】 高校学生干部是高校学生中的优秀群体,他们既是高校人才培养的对象,又是高校实施教育、管理、服务等各项工作在学生中的参与者、组织者、协调者和执行者,在学校的学生管理工作中起着重要的作用。要更好地发挥学生干部的桥梁和纽带作用就必然要对其领导力进行培养和提高。领导特质理论,领导行为理论及领导权变理论等相关的领导力理论,为我国高校学生干部领导力的培养及领导力影响因素的培养提供了一定的理论指导。加强高校学生干部的领导力培养有利于加强高校学生干部队伍建设,促进学校学生工作高效有序开展,能为国家培养更多的、合格的社会主义建设者和可靠的接班人,同时能够更好地营造积极向上的校园文化。尽管当前我国高校在学生干部领导力培养方面已经取得了一定成就,如建立了一系列学生干部培养制度;建立了一套职能完善的学生干部组织系统;培养了一大批优秀的、具备较强领导力的学生干部等,但由于高校对学生干部领导力培养尚未在思想上达成一致,学生干部领导力培养目标尚不明确及学生干部领导力培养措施缺乏科学性等因素,导致大多数学生干部综合能力提高的不明显,学生干部领导力培养的外部环境不完备,学生干部领导力培养的科学性、规范性不强及学生干部领导力培养缺乏制度保障等这些不利于学生干部领导力培养的情况。尽管我国当前对高校学生干部领导力培养的研究尚不系统,但是国外的很多大学对领导力培养已经形成了较为系统的理论体系,这对我们的研究有较强的借鉴价值和参考价值。通过对国外高校学生领导力培养的案例研究,给我们提供了一些启示,即要求课堂学习和课外活动渗透相结合,实行领导力计划和实践。文章通过文献研究法、因素分析法及比较研究法等对文章的研究给予丰厚的铺垫,从而为我国高校学生干部领导力的培养提出有效可行的措施,即要加强思想政治教育,树立典范;健全培养机制,加强教育培训;加强领导力培训宣传工作计划;充分发挥学生干部的主体性和潜能;营造有利于学生干部领导力培养的氛围,同时学生干部也要加强自我学习,自我管理的能力。通过校内外的通力合作,促使高校学生干部领导力的整体提高,推进高校学生工作的顺利开展,同时营造积极向上的校风和学风。更多还原

【Abstract】 College student cadres are a special group of the college students, they are not only the object of higher education, but also the organizers, coordinators and executants in variation of affairs include higher learning education, management, services and other work. They are playing an important part in the student’s management in schools. They should be cultivated and enhanced in order to play well as a bridge or an intermediary role between students and teachers.Trait theory of leadership, leadership behavior theory and leadership contingency theory, which provide some guidance for the college on how to cultivate our student cadres as leaders. Strengthening the leadership training of the student cadres,whic will help them strengthen the constraction of college student cadres, promote all of the work to carry out effectively and orderly, and develop a group of outstanding successors of socialism,will create positive school culture. Although our country has made some achievements in leadership training of our colleges student cadres, such as establishing a series of developing system of student cadres, setting up a thorough organizational systems of the student cadres, training a large number of excellent student cadres. However, university leadership training of student cadres have not yet reached agreement in terms of ideology, the target of leadership training in student cadres is not yet clear, the scientific leadership training is short, and so on. All the factors result in the whloe quality of student cadres low, the external environment of student leadership training not complete, student leadership training not scientific and normal and the system of leadership training in student cadres deficient. In our country, the systemic institution about leadership training of the college student cadres is not formed, but many universities abroad, leadership training has formed a relatively systematic theoretical system, which provides reference value for our research. Through the studies of leadership training in foreign colleges in the waysof cases, we have some ideas, which would require the combination penetration of classroom learning with extra-curricular activities, the implementation of leadership programs and practices. Articles get the rich material by literature methods, factor analysis and comparative study to pave the way for leadership training in college student cadres in our country effectively and feasiblely. That is, strengthen ideological and political education to set an example; set up sound development mechanisms on education and training to strengthen the publicity work of leadership training; the student cadres should give full play to their own potential; create a conducive atmosphere for leadership training of student cadres, meanwhile, student cadres should strengthen the capabilities of self-learning and self-management. Through the cooperation of school in and outside, improve the whole leadership of the college student cadres, promote the smooth development of university work, and create a positive ethos.更多还原
