【摘要】 当今世界,随着经济的飞速发展,人才的竞争日趋激烈,特别是生产第一线的高质量人才的竞争日益突出,而这些人才的培养,主要是由中职学校所担负。高质量的人才不仅要具备高水平的职业技能,而更应该具有爱岗敬业、诚实守信、积极进取的职业道德。职业教育是我国教育的重要组成部分,是办好人民满意教育的重要内容,是我国工业化城镇化快速发展的紧迫需求,对于转变经济发展方式、促进就业和改善民生具有重大意义。校企合作作为职业学校发展的模式,不仅可以提高学生的专业技能,更重要的是可以提高学生的职业道德水平。本文通过阅读大量的文献资料和调查分析,论证了校企合作培养学生职业道德存在的若干问题及对策。本论文共五个章节。第一章为绪论部分,介绍了论文选题的背景、选题的意义、课题的研究现状、研究方法和论文的创新与不足。第二章主要阐述了中职学校职业道德教育的问题,包括企业反映的中职毕业生、学校教育、及校企衔接的职业道德教育的问题。第三章主要分析了中职学校职业道德教育问题的成因,从与企业合作、社会环境及职业学校自身的发展进行了研究。第四章主要论述了加强校企合作,改善职业道德教育的若干对策,多方面多角度的进行了论述。第五章为结束语,总结了职业学校校企合作培养学生职业道德的重要性和在职业教育中的位置。职业道德是无形的生产力,现在和将来都应该是我们学校和企业共同研究的重要课题。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of economy in China today, competition for obtaining the talented persons, especially the highly qualified bluer-collar workers who work in the workshop, is getting keener. It’s the duty for our vocational school to provide more and more qualified students who are honest, love their careers, and own high technical skills, for our society.Professional education is one of crucial components in our national education system, It will benefit our economic development and help us fill the needs of our national industrialization . Vocational schools in cooperation with companies can improve not only the technical skills of the students, but their professional moralities.On the basis of plenty of materials and investigation analyses, the thesis proves the problems and strategy which occur in vocational schools in cooperation with companies when they develop students’professional moralities together. The thesis is consist of five chapters. The outline is following,Chapter one Introduction of the background and significance of the topic, including its research situation at present.Chapter two Problems of professional morality education appeared in vocational schools.Chapter three Analysis of the problems of the professional morality education of the vocational schools and the reasons why do they happen.Chapter four Benefit of vocational schools in cooperation with companies and strategy of them to join together to improve the professional morality education. Chapter five Summarize of the important significance of vocational schools in cooperation with companies.Professional morality is an intangible productive capacity.
