基于RFID技术的食品安全监管研究与设计

【摘要】 随着信息技术的发展,电子标签作为自动识别的信息载体应用日趋广泛。本论文运用RFID电子标签技术,通过电子标签给食品等赋予一个惟一标识,并能通过RFID特有的技术优势,实现对食品的生产、物流配送和销售环节信息的自动采集,建立相应的安全监管数据库,实现对食品的动态实时跟踪。通过这一论文成果将有效控制食品的生产质量和安全隐患,并从技术上杜绝食品的假冒伪劣情况的发生。本文首先阐述了当前我国的食品安全状况,并进一步做了调查说明以及与国内外食品溯源系统的对比分析;同时结合RFID技术特点和优势进行可行性分析,提出了使用RFID技术建立食品安全监管系统的研究课题。其次,对食品安全问题产生的原因以及问题的主要形式做了深入的分析,从食品供应链各环节入手对监管流程和应用系统提出了具体的系统需求。进而根据这些需求展开进行了设计,包括监管流程的设计和监管应用各子系统及应用模块的详细设计,并对其中主要的中间件构架和系统主要的数据库结构做了细化的阐述,充分表明基于RFID技术的食品安全监管系统对食品安全问题是行之有效解决方案。另外,本文从项目管理角度着重论述了沟通管理的重要作用,结合本人在此项目中的具体实践,理论联系实际对案例做了详细的分析,并总结出几点沟通管理的经验技巧。最后根据项目的实施情况总结项目成果,并提出了展望。

【Abstract】 Along with the development of information technology, electronic tag as automatic identification information carrier are used widely. This topic using RFID tags technology, through electronic tags to food logos and gives a only through technical advantages of RFID peculiar to realize food production, logistics and distribution and sales link information, establishing automatic acquisition corresponding security supervision of food database, realizing the dynamic real-time tracking. Through this topic research results will be effectively control the production of food quality and safety concerns, and technically eliminate food fake happening.This thesis first discusses current food safety conditions of our country, compared with the domestic and foreign food traceability system; In combination with RFID technology characteristics and advantages of feasibility analysis, proposes using RFID technology shall establish a food safety supervision system. Secondly, it makes a in-depth analysis for the reasons that made the food safety problems, from food supply chain of each link of the regulatory process and application system put forward specific system requirements. Then according to the design on these needs, including regulatory process design and regulatory application subsystem and application module, and the detailed design of main middleware structure and system database structure, all of it shows the food safety monitoring system based on RFID technology is effective solutions for the food safety problems. In addition, this thesis emphatically discusses the project management perspective, the importance of communication management. Based on my own experience, practice to do a detailed analysis and summarizes the experience of several communication management skills. Finally, according to the situation of the implementation of the project achievement, and propose the forecast to the further research.
