汽车电动燃油泵用永磁直流电机换向性能研究

【摘要】 随着世界经济的发展、人们生活水平的日益提高,汽车正广泛进入千家万户,对汽车的需求量也在每年递增。电动燃油泵是汽车用电脑控制的燃油控制系统的重要部件,而且是易损件,其需求量很大。随着国家节能减排及消费者对汽车安全性的要求越来越高,对高效率,长寿命电动燃油泵的需求越来越强烈。目前,市场上的燃油泵产品普遍存在着电机换向系统容易产生失效的问题。燃油泵电机换向系统的优化问题日益凸现。本文就涡轮型电动燃油泵电机换向系统的失效问题进行了研究与分析。在研究过程中,利用有限元进行电机换向系统的建模与失效仿真。根据分析结果进行换向系统参数的优化及电刷与换向器换向角度的调整。用优化结果指导样机制作,最后用样机对计算分析结果进行了试验验证,研究结果对于解决同类问题具有参考价值。
【Abstract】 As global economic sustainable development and people’s better standard of living. Automobiles have been accepted by more and more people. The demand of automobile s is increasing sharply. Electronic fuel pump is very important component of engine which is controlled by computer. The electronic pump is easily damaged, so the demand is great. Belong with higher energy-saving and emission-reduction by government and security requirement by customer, higher efficiency and longer lifetime pumps are demanded eagerly. At present, the problem of commutation system failure for fuel pump is rising. The motor commutation system optimization of electrical fuel pump becomes more and more important.In this paper, the turbine electric fuel pump motor commutation system failures are analyzed and studied. In the course of the study, the use of finite element of motor commutating system modeling and fault simulation. According to the results of analysis for reversing the optimization of system parameters and the electric brush and the commutator commutating angle adjustment. Make samples based on the optimized result, finally the calculation results of the analysis is verified by test. The research results have reference value for solving the similar problems.
