【摘要】 当前,我国户外环境设计尚未适应老龄化的悄然降临,老年人的户外活动空间不够完善,无法满足老年人日益增长的物质文化需求,极大地限制了老年人与外界的交流,影响了老年人生活质量的提高。加强老年人户外活动空间的研究和建设,有利于创造益于老年人的居住外环境,更有利于加强老年人之间及老年人与社会之间的联系,对促进老年人积极老龄化具有重要意义。论文从人口老龄化的现实状况入手,借助老年生理学、行为心理学、社会学、建筑学、城市规划学等多学科的研究成果,分析了老年人的生理、心理、行为和社会特征及需求。在此理论基础上选取上海市具有一定代表性的四个住宅小区,通过调查问卷、测量观察、交流访谈的方法进行实态调查,并结合老年人的需求从功能、空间、美学等多角度对每个小区进行了分析,从住宅小区老年人户外活动规律和老年人对户外活动空间的要求方面对四个小区进行了交叉对比分析,最后总结出老年人户外活动空间存在的问题:1)空间布局不合理,场地分布不均衡。2)综合性活动空间缺乏。3)设施不足,布置不合理。4)安全性考虑不足。5)绿化配置存在不合理性。针对现实问题提出编制住宅小区老年人户外活动空间设计导则的对策,以期让相关的研究成果切实得以落实,能为老年人营造一个真正感到舒适的居住外环境。论文的创新点在于利用数据与理论相结合的方法,多角度分析了住宅小区老年人户外活动空间的现状与不足,首次提出编制住宅小区老年人户外活动空间设计导则作为指导老年人户外活动空间建设的具体措施,并试拟导则,希望对老年人户外活动空间设计及老龄化居住外环境的建设有一定的借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In China, the outdoor environment design has not adapt to aging befalling, the outdoor space not perfect, cannot satisfy old people growing material and cultural needs, which has greatly restricted the old people communicating with the outside world, affecting the improvement of life quality for old people. Strengthen the elderly outdoor space research and construction which is beneficial to living outside environment that be good for old people and more conducive to the connection with each orther and society. There is an important meaning towards active ageing.The paper proceeds from the reality of the aging population which include the base on the theories of the elderly physiology, behavior, psychology, sociology, architecture, city planning learning science research,the analysis of the elderly physiology, psychology, behavior and social characteristics and demands. Based on this theory select four residential district has certain representativeness in Shanghai, according to the questionnaire, measuring and observation, communication and interview, combined with the needs of elderly from function, space, aesthetics angles are analyzed in every district, from residential elderly outdoor activities regularity and spoke to outdoor space requirements of the four district in contrast analysis, finally summarized problems on the elderly outdoor activities space: 1) space layout is not reasonable, site uneven distribution. 2) lack of comprehensive activity space. 3) inadequate facilities, decorate is not reasonable. 4) safety consider inadequate. 5) greening configuration existence rationality.
