【摘要】 伟大人物毛泽东的人格精神魅力一直被后人所传颂,他的集体主义价值观也不是凭空而来,而是有着深刻的理论渊源和历史背景,这与他一生中的理论学习和广泛的社会实践是分不开的。毛泽东学贯中西文化,青年时酷爱读书,在价值观上主张精神个人主义,看重自我的实现,思想上有唯心主义的成分。后来受当时中国社会环境的影响以及马列主义的指引,他成为了一名马克思主义者。在中国革命时期,他的价值观随着革命实践进程而不断发展,由主张个人价值至上转变为以集体利益为重、全心全意为人民服务、公大于私、注重群众团结联合的集体主义价值观,充分体现了马克思主义的实践标准。他一贯强调人的道德思想建设,在晚年时忽视集体领导,个人专断过重,由于对人的改造问题过分的关注,进而犯下了严重的错误,给那个时候的中国社会和老百姓带来了一段痛苦的回忆。本文在充分探讨毛泽东集体主义价值观的基础上,结合当今中国社会主义市场经济发展的实际,特别是针对人们在价值观念上对物质利益狂热追求的现象,我们提倡要弘扬毛泽东集体主义价值观,这不仅有利于更好的推动社会主义核心价值体系建设,而且有利于进一步稳固党中央提出的和谐社会建设,从而使社会风貌向着正确的方向转变。弘扬其好的一面,避免其负面效果,这对形成个人正确的价值观和社会新风尚都有促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Great men’s personality charm of Mao Zedong has been praised by later generations.His collective values is not a vacuum,It has profound theoretical origin and historical background,which does not separated with his theoretical study and the extensive social practice.Mao Zedong studied Chinese and Western culture.In the youth,he loved reading,advocated the spirit of individualism in values,paid attention to self-realization.There were idealistic elements in his ideological area.Later,by the environmental impact of Chinese society and the guidance of Marxism-leninism,he became a Marxist.In the period of Chinese revolution,his values developed continuously as the process of the revolution. It began with the claim for personal value first, then turned into collective interests,serving the people whole-heartedly,male more than private and paying attention to the masses of joint collective values.It fully reflected the standards of practice of Marxism.He had always emphasized the mans’ideological and moral construction.In his old years,he ignored collective leadership,overweighted individual arbitrary.Because of taking more concerns on the transformation of people,he committed a serious error which brought painful memories to Chinese society and people at that time.On the basis of fully inquiring into the collective values of Mao Zedong,this paper combines with the development of the reality of Chinese socialism market economy,especially to some phenomenon in pursuit of material interests,So in this social atmosphere,we must promote the collective values of Mao Zedong.It is not only conducive to better push the construction of the socialist core value system,but also to further solid the construction of harmonious society which put forward by Chinese government.Thus make the social environment change into the right direction.Promote the good side,avoid the negative effect ,which can promote the formation of personal correct values and new social moral.更多还原
