【摘要】 民营医院是我国公立医院的有益补充,在目前我国医疗卫生市场上占有重要地位。民营医院组织结构是为了保证民营医院实现组织目标而建立起来的医院内部各构成部分之间的相互关系,合理的医院组织结构是保证民营医院健康成长的基础和前提。本文从组织社会学制度学派理论和组织结构权变理论的视角出发,结合组织环境理论和组织发展理论等相关理论,将武汉市M妇产医院作为研究案例,从外部环境、规模、生命周期等几个方面分阶段剖析该民营医院在筹建期、动荡期和趋稳期组织结构的变革动因与现实选择。并在此基础上总结出我国民营医院组织结构特点:即民营医院组织结构是公司化管理与公立医院医疗结构相结合的产物;其组织结构变革经历了一个逐渐“复杂化”的过程;民营医院组织结构的变化过程是一个寻求“合法化”的过程。研究还对民营医院的组织结构变革的阻力进行了进一步的探讨,认为民营企业普遍存在的投机性心理是民营医院发展的瓶颈。同时,民营企业特有家族化模式也限制了民营企业成长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Private hospital is beneficial complementarity of national public hospital. private hospital is inportant in our medical market. The organizational structure of the private hospital is the established venation and interaction between the various components of an hospital organizition for the attainment of it’s aim. Having a high-efficiency organization structure is the base of the development of private hospital.This paper proceeds from the theory of institution the theory of contingency, accompanied by the theory of organaization environment and the theory of corporation life period ,and base on the case of Wuhan M Hospital. The paper analysis the reason and reality choice of M Hospital organaizational structure base on three different stage. In the end, The paper summarized the characteristic of the private hospital organization structure including the outcome of combinative of the hospital organizational structure corporational management and public hospital medical treatment structure. The experience of private hospital structure transform from simpleness to complicated. The experience of private hospital structure is the process of seeking for legitimacy. The paper also analysis the organizational transform resistance.the speculatal mentality of the private hospital is harmful to the development of the private hospital. the private hospital also be restricted by the family mode of the private corporation.更多还原
