大悬臂箱梁桥剪力滞有限元分析及光弹实验研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着交通量的增长,桥面宽度越来越大,大悬臂箱梁桥成为了重要的发展趋势。本文以某预应力混凝土大悬臂连续箱梁桥为工程背景,运用有限元软件ANSYS对其建立空间有限元模型,研究了大悬臂连续梁桥在不同荷载工况下的剪力滞特性;并根据三维光弹性实验应力分析理论,制作光弹实验模型进行了实验研究。论文主要工作包括:1、对某预应力大悬臂箱梁桥建立了ANSYS有限元模型,进行以下几个方面的分析研究:结构纵向及横向受力分析、箱梁剪力滞分析及与规范的对比研究、腹板剪力分布规律研究等。2、介绍光弹性实验的原理、实验方法及结果分析理论。根据三维光弹性实验应力分析方法,制作大悬臂箱梁桥光弹实验模型,对最不利荷载工况进行了实验分析。3、比较有限元分析结果和光弹性实验分析结果,分析大悬臂箱梁桥在两种研究方法下的剪力滞规律。本文分析结果表明大悬臂箱梁结构的剪力滞特点和普通箱梁有较大的差别,与规范取值相比,大悬臂箱梁桥的有效翼缘宽度总体偏小。本文的研究成果为工程实践提供了一定的参考。
【Abstract】 In recent years, as the increasing of traffic volume, the bridge deck is becoming more and more wide, and large cantilever box girder bridge becomes an important trend.In this article, the large cantilever continuous box girder bridge was established its finite element model by ANSYS, and its shear lag mechanics characteristic under different loads was studied; and its experiment model was produced, and also the photoelastic experimental research based on experimental stress analysis of three-dimensional photoelastic theory was carried on. The main work of the paper is as follows:1. Finite element model of one large cantilever prestressed concrete box girder bridge was established, and several aspects of research were carried on: the lengthways and crosswise force analysis of structures, the analysis of shear lag mechanics characteristic of box girders and contrast studies with the code, the research of shearing force distribution rules, etc.2. The experimental principle、method and result analysis theory of photoelasticity experiment were introduced. On the basis of the three-dimensional stress analytical method of the photoelasticity experiment, large cantilever concrete box girder bridge’s photoelasticity experiment model was made, and the model was studied under most disadvantageous load conditions.3. Finite element analysis and photoelastic experimental research results were compared, and shear lag of large cantilever box girder bridge under two research methods was studied.The results shows that shear lag characteristics of a large cantilever box girder and an ordinary box girder are different, and compared with the values according to the code, the effective flange width of large cantilever box girder bridges of finite element analysis is generally smaller. The research results of this article can be referenced by engineering.
