楔型向错偶极子与纳米夹杂相互作用的研究

【摘要】 楔型向错偶极子与圆形纳米夹杂的相互干涉作用的研究,对于纳米材料和复合材料中裂纹,孪晶等缺陷的研究具有重要的理论意义和实际价值,是当前研究最为活跃的领域之一。本文系统研究了楔型向错偶极子与圆形纳米夹杂的相互干涉作用。根据夹杂-基体界面的连续性条件,应用复变函数方法,得到了问题的复变函数解。主要研究内容和结果如下:楔型向错偶极子在基体上与圆形纳米夹杂的干涉效应。研究了夹杂与基体的剪切模量比,泊松比,界面参数,表面张力,向错偶极子的位置,偶臂长度,向错角以及夹杂尺寸对两者之间的干涉作用的影响。当考虑界面效应时,楔型向错偶极子与圆形纳米夹杂之间干涉效应变得与夹杂的半径相关。楔型向错偶极子在夹杂上与圆形纳米夹杂的干涉效应。根据夹杂-基体界面的位移及应力连续性条件,运用复变函数方法求解问题。讨论了材料常数,界面参数,向错偶极子与夹杂的相对位置,向错偶极子的向错角,偶臂长度对两者之间干涉效应的影响规律。楔型向错单极子在纳米线上与纳米线的干涉效应。根据纳米线表面条件,运用复变函数方法求解问题。给出了纳米线上存在向错单极子时,平面问题的复变函数解。
【Abstract】 At present, one of the most popular research is focused on the interaction between a wedge disclination dipole and a circular nano inhomogeneity in alloy nano materials and composite materials. The study has important theoretical significance and scientific value for discussing defects such as crack, twins in the nano materials and composite materials. And the study is one of the most popuar areas in the present research.This paper has investigated the interaction between a wedge disclination dipole and a circular nano inhomogeneity embedded in an infinite matrix. According to the condition that inhomogeneity-matrix interface has continual displacement and stress, and applying complex variable function method for solving the problem, we will resolve the complex function of the problem. The achievements in detail are expressed as follows.When the wedge disclination dipole in the matrix, the interaction between a wedge disclination dipole and a circular nano inhomogeneity is investigated. According to inhomogeneity-matrix interface displacement and stress continuity conditions, the use of complex variable function method for solving the problem, and having the complex function of the problem. The influence of the materials constants between the inhomogentiy and matrix, interfacial parameter, the distance between disclination dipole and inhomogeneity, angle of the disclination dipole, disclination dipole arm on the interaction between a wedge disclination dipole and a circular nano inhomogeneity are systematically studied.When the wedge disclination dipole in the inhomogeneity, the interaction between a wedge disclination dipole and a circular nano inhomogeneity is investigated. The influence of the position of wedge disclination, the radius of nanowire on the interaction between wedge disclination and nanowire is investigated.
