基于数据决策的车辆验收质量统计分析系统设计

【摘要】 本文针对现阶段我国某特殊行业进行车辆检验验收时均采用手工方式对车辆信息和质量问题进行采集、统计和分析,造成劳动强度大、效率低,对车辆质量统计分析费时、费力,信息采集和统计分析的准确率不高等缺点,提出了一种基于数据决策对车辆质量情况进行统计分析的管理模式,通过使用先进的数据采集设备进行产品质量基础数据的自动采集,保证数据的准确性;使用先进的数据库系统保存采集的产品质量数据,供查询、统计、分析;使用高速可靠的计算机系统对产品质量数据进行查询、统计、分析,为产品质量管理提供依据等方式,旨在提高车辆质量统计分析的科学性和准确性,降低车辆质量风险,减轻工作人员的工作强度,提高工作效率,最大限度地发挥自动化办公的综合效能,保证部队遂行战斗任务,满足为打赢现代战争武器保障高机动化,高信息化,数字化奠定基础。同时,本文还在解决涉及的几项关键技术的基础上进行以下几方面的研究:一是本文根据研究的需要采用了快速原型模型和并发开发模型。采用的快速原型模型减少了需求变更;采用的并发开发模型使开发和测试能实现并行,避免了后期出现的缺陷。二是存储过程和事务的应用。该系统所有数据库操作、复杂的判断、统计分析计算都使用Transact-SQL语言编写存储过程完成的。其优点是:存储过程(stored procedure)是一组预先编译好的T-SQL代码。可以作为一个独立的数据库对象,可以作为一个单元被用户的应用程序调用,提高了程序的运行效率,保证系统的安全性。三是应用ADO对象访问数据库。该系统应用ADO实现对数据库的连接、查询、修改、更新等操作。四是运用条码扫描技术。该系统运用便携式条形码扫描终端对车辆底盘号进行扫描,提高了车辆基础信息录入的准确性和完整性,减轻了劳动者的劳动强度。五是自动生成报表、图形技术。该系统自动对录入的车辆质量信息进行统计分析,生成各种报表和图形,并能轻便地实现查询。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the representatives of current military vehicles, military vehicles are used for acceptance testing of the vehicle information manually and quality of the collection, statistics and analysis, resulting in low efficiency, laborious, information collection ,a decision on military vehicles based on the quality of the data to make statistical analysis of the management, through the use of advanced data collection devices for product quality based on the automatic data collection, ensure data accuracy sex, no condition on the quality of data collected automatically by way of manual input of data collection; the use of advanced database system to save the product quality data collected for the inquiry, statistics, analysis; high-speed and reliable computer system on product quality data query, statistical analysis, provide the basis for product quality control, etc.,designed to maximize computer comprehensive performance.This paper also describes several key technology:First, rapid prototype models are used to reduce the demand change and avoid the late defects.Then,the application of stored procedures and transactions. The system of all database operations, complex judgments, statistical analysis and calculation are written using Transact-SQL stored procedure completed toimprove the operating efficiency.Third is the application of ADO object to access the database. And also, the use of bar code scanning technology. The system uses a portable bar code scanning terminals to scan for military vehicle chassis number and improve the military vehicle based on the accuracy and completeness of information input, reducing the labor intensity of the military representatives. Finally, automatically generate reports, graphics techniques. The system automatically on the entry of the military vehicle quality information for statistical analysis, generate various reports and graphics, and can light to the query.
