【摘要】 随着计算机网络技术的日益成熟,网络已经深入到生活的每一个角落,包括教育、购物、咨询、办公等等许多领域。在网络迅速发展的今天,网页技术的应用也越来越广泛。企业通过建立自己的网站不仅能扩大自己的知名度,还可以减少不必要的人力物力的投资,降低管理成本,将更多的精力投入到更需要的地方,从而提高企业的效率。本系统主要采用ASP.NET技术,数据库技术和B/S三层体系结构进行开发的一种在线测试系统[3]。该系统在Windows 2003 Server操作系统支持下,使用ASP.NET技术中的C#.NET语言,数据库采用Microsoft SQL SERVER 2005进行开发的。该系统的应用背景是邯郸车务段职教科,系统的应用对象主要是车务段管辖范围内的员工。本文给出了系统设计与实现的过程,从需求分析、概要设计、详细设计到具体实现都遵循了软件工程的思想和数据库的设计方法。该系统可实现不同部门,不同岗位员工随时可以进行在线自测,并且随时可以查看自己以往的成绩,在自测结束后立刻看到自己的成绩和正确答案,方便员工使用[1]。还可以实现企业员工部门岗位的管理,试题库的管理。管理者使用该系统可以随时监督员工的自测情况,掌握员工的业务培训进展。该系统类似于目前网络上流行的在线考试系统,但又有区别。区别在于学生的考试经常需要组卷,该系统适用于企业,大多数情况不需要组卷,只需要从试题库随机抽取一定量的试题来进行每日一测。随机抽题采用SQL语句中Top语句和Newid()函数排序,任取前几个随机从数据库中抽取试题技术。本系统的应用可以减轻工作人员的劳动强度,提高工作效率与管理水平,具有很大的使用价值。通过使用“职工在线测试系统”可大大提高企业对员工业务水平测试的管理效率,使管理水平信息化,现代化,与以往相比又上一台阶。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the growing sophistication of computer network technology, network has gone deep into every corner of life, including many areas such as education, shopping, consultation, office and so on. Nowadays Web technology has become increasingly widespread along with the rapid development of network. By establishing their own web sites, enterprises not only can expand their visibility, but can also reduce unnecessary investment in human and material resources, lower management costs. Thus they can spend more energy on key business so as to improve efficiency.It is a kind of online test system that is developed mainly by using ASP.NET technology, database technology and is based on B/S three-tier architecture. This system, running on Windows Server 2003, applies c#.net as its programming language and Microsoft SQL SERVER 2005 as its database. The system is developed for vocational education department of Handan train operation depot; its primary users are employees within the jurisdiction of the depot. This paper provides the designing and implementing process of the system, and the requirements analysis, preliminary design, detail design and concrete implementation of it are all accordance with the principle of software engineering and the design methodologies of database.Through using the system, employees in different departments or different positions can conduct an online self-test and could see the results and correct answers immediately after the end-up of the test or review their past scores anytime. It facilitates the employees to use. It also has the functions of enterprise staff management according to their departments or positions and test bank management. Managers can supervise the studying and testing status of their employees, know about their professional training progress via the system. Though is similar to the online examination systems that are currently popular on the Internet, the system has some differences in that the students’ examinations often need to reset, whereas it is only to extract certain amount of questions randomly from test bank for daily quiz, no need to reset in most cases. Thereby it is suitable for the enterprise.The usage of the system can reduce labor intensity of workers; improve working efficiency and management level. It has great use value. By using this Online Staff Testing System, enterprises can greatly enhance the management efficiency of their staff professional level test; realize the informatization and modernization of enterprise management, and make it reach a new level than the past.更多还原
