基于无线网络的水处理控制系统设计与优化

【摘要】 随着水污染问题的日益严重,水处理行业受到了高度重视。近年来我国逐步加大了水处理行业的投资,水处理行业将是21世纪最有发展前途的行业之一。在水处理工艺当中,温度、压力、流量、液位、PH值等重要参数往往随着时间的变化而变化,因此如何准确、实时的获得这些数据将成为污水处理环节中的一个关键技术。本文设计了一种利用无线局域网进行数据传输的水处理控制系统。首先介绍了水处理控制系统的三个组成部分,包括组态软件、数据采集与控制模块和无线传输模块,其中重点介绍了无线局域网的两种组网方式。然后针对系统的构成,详细地介绍了数字输入模块、数字输出模块、模拟输入模块、模拟输出模块和主控模块的硬件设计原理以及软件设计流程,并根据实际生产中遇到的问题,对其进行可靠性改善。根据水厂工艺复杂、子板数量需求较多的实际情况,本文进行了子模块的扩展设计。扩展板在被主控模块控制的同时,还起到连接其他子模块的作用,因此扩展板必须既具有与其他子模块相同的通信协议,又具有与主控系统相同的接口,本论文根据这些原则设计出扩展板的硬件电路和软件程序。最后搭建测试系统对所有子模块进行测试,并对模拟输入模块和模拟输出模块进行校准,使其误差全部降到±3%以下。
【Abstract】 As the water pollution going worse, Sewage treatment has got high attention. In recent years, China is gradually increasing investments in sewage treatment. Sewage treatment will be one of the most promising industries in 21st century. Among the sewage treatment process, temperature, pressure, flow, water level, PH value and other important parameters often change over time, so how to acquire these data accurately and real-time will become a key technology of sewage treatment.This paper presents a sewage treatment control circuit using WLAN. At first it introduces the sewage treatment control system, including software configuration, data acquisition-control module and wireless transmission module, which focuses on the wireless LAN network;Then for the system structure, this paper designs four types of sub-module’s hardware and software including digital input, digital output, analog input, analog output module and the master module’s hardware and software, and improves these moudles’ reliability based on actual problems detailedly; The complex water process needs more daughter boards than 8,so the system needs to design the expansion board. Expansion board controlled by the master module plays a role in connecting other sub-modules, and has the same communication protocol with other sub-modules, but also has the same interface with the main control system. This paper designs the extended board depend on these basic principles; At last this paper builds the test system for testing, and calibrates the analog input and analog output sub-board for making the error down to±3% or less.
