【摘要】 法国对外直接投资在全球外国直接投资领域占有重要地位,在全球FDI流出总量中位居第二,然而,法国对华直接投资占法国对外直接投资总额不到百分之一;从我国角度来看,我国“十一五”工作报告显示我国在利用外资上实现规模和质量上的全面发展,利用外资额跃居全球第二,而法国在对华直接投资的国家和地区中位列第八位。我国吸引外资水平的强劲与吸引法国投资的低迷、法国对外直接投资的强劲与对华直接投资的低迷形成了巨大的反差,从双方的角度看,法国对华直接投资还存在很大的发展空间。因此,就法国对华直接投资的影响因素进行研究具有一定的实际意义。为分析法国对华直接投资的影响因素,本文首先结合大量法国企业对华直接投资实例总结法国对华直接投资的发展历程、规模、地区分布、行业分布及特点;其次,利用FDI供需模型对法国对华直接投资的影响因素的供需状态进行判定,并在此基础上从政策决定因素、经济决定因素、商业促进和商业便利因素三方面列举并分析了法国对华直接投资的影响因素,利用James与Francisco的FDI影响因素计量模型对1990-2008年法国对华直接投资的影响因素进行回归分析与实证检验;最后,根据法国对华直接投资的现状特点和影响因素分析结果,为我国合理利用法国对华直接投资提出政策建议。本文研究发现我国巨大的市场潜力与快速增长的国民经济是法国对华直接投资的主要驱动力,法国经济发展水平是影响法国对华直接投资的重要因素,中法两国实际汇率与法国对华投资密切相关;而中法两国工资差、两国利率差、法国对华直接投资的前期资本存量以及政策等变量的影响并不显著。吸引和合理利用法国对华直接投资的前提在于进一步加大对法国直接投资的重视力度,同时,要根据企业规模特点采取针对性措施,拓宽法国对华直接投资的信息服务渠道,加强知识产权保护工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 France plays an important role in the global foreign direct investment field, which ranks the second in the worldwide FDI outflows, however, China accounts for less than one percent of French FDI outflows; from the point of view of China, "Eleventh Five-Year" work report shows that China has achieved a comprehensive development on attracting FDI in both size and quality, which becomes the second in the worldwide FDI inflows, however, French ranks only eighth among all the countries investing in China. There is a great contrast between strong capacities of China on FDI inflows and weak on that from France; between large quantities of French FDI outflows and small fraction to China. From the perspective of both sides, there is enormous room for growth on French direct investment in China. Therefore analysis on French FDI in china has an important significance in practice.In order to analyze influencing factors of French direct investment in China, this paper summarizes first the development history, investment scale, geographical distribution, industrial distribution and characteristics of French FDI in china after investigating a large number of French enterprises; then, using FDI-DS Model, this paper judges the supply-and-demand status of French FDI in China, on this basis, lists and analyzes influencing factors from policy determinants, economic determinants, business promotion and business facilitation factors, and based on theoretical model of FDI influencing factors by James and Francisco, processes regression analysis and tests; Finally, according to French FDI characteristics and analysis results of influencing factors, puts forward political proposal for attracting and rational using French FDI in China.This paper has found that the huge market potentialities and rapid growth of the national economy of China are the main driving force of French FDI in China; French economic development level is an important factor of French FDI in China; the RMB exchange rate against the EURO has close relationship with French FDI in China. However, the impact of wage difference, interest rate difference, the previous accumulated stock of French FDI in China, financial policies and other factors on are not significant. The premise of attractting and rational using French FDI in China is to attach further importance to French FDI, meanwhile, China should take specific measures according to the characteristics of different firm sizes, broaden information service channels, strengthen intellectual property protection and so on.更多还原
