西藏林芝地区经济可持续发展现状分析与对策研究

【摘要】 二十世纪以来,人类社会在资源和能源的大量消耗、生态环境的严重破坏基础上的迅猛发展。这种以“大量生产、大量消耗、大量废弃”为规模经济特征的传统经济发展模式,导致资源过度开发与消耗、生态严重破坏与环境重度污染、自然灾害频繁发生等制约区域经济可持续发展问题。改革开放以来,西藏林芝地区作为我国资源富集区、生态脆弱区、经济后进区,其经济发展也经历了类似全国其他地区的发展路径与模式,即规模化生产、过度消耗和生态环境破坏。但在区域经济转型和升级过程中,这种发展路径与模式成为重要障碍。因此,借鉴全国推进区域经济发展的经验与教训,运用多学科交叉研究方法,探索西藏林芝地区经济可持续发展的路径、模式与对擦,是现阶段重要的研究领域。本文在文献综述及借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,建立了开展西藏林芝地区经济可持续发展的理论体系,评价了林芝地区经济可持续发展状况及存在的主要问题,设计了林芝地区经济可持续发展的战略模式及途径,提出了推进林芝地区经济可持续发展对策与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The human society develops dramatically on the basis of the consumption of the resources and energy since the 20th centuries. With“produce in a large amount, consume in a large amount, a large amount of discard”as traditional economic characteristic of development model, many ecological environment problems such as the over-consumption of the resources, the environmental pollution, the ecological destruction, the increasing nature disaster, become serious as well as the unprecedented increase of the material wealth, which becomes the threat towards the existence and development of the humans in the future. The research on Economic sustainable development is a cross-century, multidisciplinary and comprehensive studies as significant discipline field. Based on the introduction of the concept of economic sustainable development and theory viewpoint in China and abroad, this paper expounded the profound connotation of economic sustainable development as well as summarizing the status quo, important significance for Tibet Nyingchi economic development. As to existing problems and restriction factors in development ,analysis was made ,also discussing the strategy and path of sustainable development for local economy in order to provide some feasible suggestions to promote economic sustainable development.更多还原
