双层柱面网壳整体稳定性分析

【摘要】 国内自上世纪80年代中期以来,网壳结构发展异常迅速,双层柱面网壳是其中应用较为广泛的结构形式之一,稳定性分析是网壳结构设计中的关键问题,因而网壳的稳定性问题遂成为研究热点之一,但双层柱面网壳在非线性方面的研究较少。本文针对不同因素对双层柱面网壳结构的极限承载能力的影响进行了分析研究。本文利用有限元方法,对双层柱面网壳进行了几何和材料双重非线性研究,得出结构的荷载—位移全过程曲线,通过荷载—位移曲线将结构的强度、稳定性以及刚度的变化历程表现出来,以确定不同因素对结构临界荷载的影响。另外考虑到加工、安装等结构误差,利用一致缺陷模态法将初始缺陷引入结构模型中,研究初始缺陷对结构临界荷载的影响。本文通过利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对一双层柱面网壳工程实例进行了稳定性的非线性分析,所考虑的主要影响因素包括矢跨比、非线性、荷载分布、初始缺陷。通过一系列分析,得出对工程设计有指导意义的结论。

【Abstract】 In our country,the lattice shell structure has developed rapidly since the mid-80s of last century while double-layer reticulated shell is one of the structure which is widely used.As the shell stability analysis is the key issue of the shell design,it became a focus research,but there are few researches in the aspects of nonlinear analysis.In this paper, the impact of different influencing factors on the double cylindrical shell structure of the ultimate bearing capacity were analyzed.In this paper,finite element method were used for the Geometry non-linear and material non-linear research on double layer cylindrical lattice shells and get a load-displacement curve of structure.The paper research the factors of the critical load through the change of the strength,stability and rigidity of load-displacement curve.In addition,considering the impact of the error of processing and installation,initial imperfection was added into the model to research the impact of initial imperfection on the structure critical load.In this paper,the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to do non-linear analysis on the stability of double layer cylindrical lattice shells project,and the influencing factors including span ratio, load distribution,initial imperferction were considered.Through a series of analysis,this paper gets the conclusions of reference for the engineering design.
