水泥复合胶体充填加固冒落巷道实验研究与应用

【摘要】 本文针对原煤提运中心转载硐室火区及巷道冒顶实际情况,采用理论分析、实验研究与现场应用相结合的方法,主要进行和完成了以下研究内容:首先,根据复合胶体的胶凝特性和水泥的物化特性,配置出水泥复合胶体,并通过其成胶机理分析,可知水泥复合胶体具有固水性能强、成胶时间可控、终凝后强度较高等优点。然后,通过实验测试不同配比水泥复合胶体材料的流动度、胶凝状况、初凝时间、终凝时间、结石率、密度、抗压强度、抗折强度、湿抗压强度、湿抗折强度、软化系数等物理性质,优选出水泥复合胶体中水泥与水的最佳配比为1000~1200:1000。最后,根据现场实际情况,确立了水泥复合胶体材料制备和压注的施工工艺,经现场施工,成功填充冒顶区域并熄灭冒落区煤层火灾。现场应用表明,水泥复合胶体材料强度高、固水性能好、工艺简单,解决了巷道冒顶区域的充填加固和防灭火问题,具有较好的充填加固性能。
【Abstract】 In this paper, aiming at the fire in coal delivery center transfer room and actual roof dropping conditions of roadway, theoretical analysis, experimental research and field application were combined , research contents were carried out and completed as the follows:Firstly, according to the characteristics of composite colloid gelation and physical and chemical characteristics of cement, cement composite colloid gel were prepared, and through the mechanism analysis, it was known that cement composite colloid gel had some merits, such as strong performance in soliding water, controllable gelling time, high intensity after final set. Then, through experiments, physical characteristics of cement composite colloid materials with different ratio were tested, such as fluidity, gelling status, initial setting time, final set time, stones rate, density, compressive strength, flexural strength, wet compressive strength, flexural strength, softening the wet coefficient method, the optimal ratio for cement and water in composite colloid was 1000 ~ 1200:1000.Finally, according to the on-site situation, cement composite colloid materials preparation and pressure note construction craft were established, through the field construction, dropping region were successfully filled and the coal seam fire extinguished. Field application showed that the cement composite colloid materials had high strength, good performance in soliding water, simple technology, successfully solved the problems of filling and reinforcing the dropping area and extinguishing fire, had good filling and reinforcing performance.
