基于有色PETRI网的工程项目物流管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 近年来,物流产业一直在不断发展,在实践的推动下,现代物流已经分化为产品物流和工程项目物流两大类型。目前物流企业对工程项目物流服务与工程项目总承包对物流服务的要求存在一些差距,主要表现在物流企业对工程项目物流参与方协调能力不足,对工程项目物流服务全局化管理能力不足,服务范围小和物流流程单一。为了满足工程项目物流管理要求,需要一个集成化的工程项目物流管理系统。本文根据工程项目物流特点,结合有色Petri网建模技术,构建工程项目物流管理系统模型,设计实现了工程项目物流管理系统。解决了工程项目物流参与方协同能力不足、服务范围小和流程单一等问题,提高了工程项目物流管理能力。本文所做的研究工作主要有以下几个方面:1、分析工程项目物流业务流程,提出工程项目物流管理系统整体解决方案。本论文在全面分析工程项目物流各参与方业务流程的基础上,确定工程项目物流管理系统的组成部分。包括物流订单管理、物流运输管理和物流仓储管理。系统各部分有机的结合,使得工程项目物流参与方有效地提高了协同能力。2、构建工程项目物流业务流程模型。通过研究工程项目物流业务流程特点,利用有色Petri网建模技术,构建系统各业务流程模型。系统的核心是采用有色工作流网构建散货运输模型,解决了定制运输流程问题;采用面向对象有色Petri网构建集装箱运输模型,解决了运输对象变化的业务问题。3、设计了工程项目物流管理系统。根据构建的模型,完成各模块功能、业务流程和数据存储方面的详细设计。4、实现并验证了工程项目物流管理系统。在物流运输模块,基于Web表现层技术,实现了图形化设计运输流程,以及工作流引擎对运输流程的执行;通过某物流企业实际数据的验证,证明本文设计的工程项目物流管理系统可以有效地提高物流参与方的工作效率。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the logistics industry has been in progress, in practice, modern logistics had already divided into two types: the product logistics and the engineering project logistics. There are some gaps between the service of logistics enterprises for engineering project and engineering primary contractor’s requirements. mainly in the logistics of the project to coordinate the logistics involved in lack of capacity on a global engineering logistics services, lack of management capacity, service area and static logistics processes. Project logistics management to meet the requirements, needs an integrated project logistics management system.Based on the characteristics of the engineering project logistics, combined with colored Petri net modeling technique, this article constructs the engineering project logistics management system model, design and implement project logistics management system. Solving the project logistics participants lack of interoperability, services, and process a single small range of issues, improve engineering project logistics management capabilities.This research work done mainly in the following areas:1, Analysed engineering logistics business process, proposed project logistics management system as a whole solution. This thesis in a comprehensive analysis of the parties involved in the logistics business processes, based on the logistics management system to determine the project’s components. Including logistics order management, logistics, transportation management and logistics warehouse management. The combination of the organic parts of a system, making the project logistics participants to effectively improve the interoperability.2, Built engineering project logistics business process model. By studying the characteristics of engineering project logistics business processes, based on colored Petri nets modeling, building business process model. Core of the system is constructed using colored workflow nets bulk transport model to solve the problem of custom transport processes; colored Petri nets using object-oriented model for container transport constructed to solve the transport problem of the object changes in the business.3, Designed the engineering project logistics management system. Based on the model, the thesis complete functionality of each module, business process and data storage aspects of the detailed design.4, Implemented and verified engineering project logistics management system. In the logistics transport module, using Web-based presentation layer technology to achieve a graphical design transport processes, and workflow engine implementation of the transport process; by the actual data of a logistics enterprises have proved that this design project logistics management system can effectively improve the efficiency of the logistics involved parties.
