基于SaaS的汽车零部件设计模式研究

【摘要】 随着市场竞争的加剧,中小企业急需提高技术水平才能在竞争中立于不败之地。工程软件可以显著减少产品开发周期,提高产品质量,对于制造业范围内的企业有着重要作用。中小企业资金有限、规模小,同时又缺乏专业技术人员,所以工程软件昂贵的价格和复杂的操作超出了中小企业的承担范围。在对重庆汽车零部件产业范围内中小企业情况进行调查后,发现中小企业主要是凭借经验来进行产品开发而不是依据严格的工程计算和分析,使用的工程软件较少。因为零部件设计分析复杂,需要专业的技术人员和工程软件的协助,而专业技术人员和工程软件都是中小企业不具备的条件。鉴于上述问题,本文提出了在汽车零部件产业范围内应用SaaS来解决中小企业所处困境的方案,并论证了SaaS模式在汽车零部件产业范围内应用的可行性。在汽车零部件产业范围内针对中小企业应用SaaS模式既能解决中小企业的问题也能为SaaS服务提供商开拓广阔的市场。在对汽车零部件产业特点进行分析的基础上,确定了SaaS的应用模式并开发了公共技术服务平台,根据零部件产业的特殊性设计了平台的架构和数据库。考虑到汽车零部件产业所需工程软件不同于普通文字信息处理系统,提出针对不同零部件开发专门化工具。专门化工工具是对ANSYS等工程软件进行二次开发实现的。用户只需输入参数即可得到结果,操作简单。考虑到仅依靠在线工具无法彻底提高中小企业技术水平,采用Silverlight提供了专家在线支持,实现了专家的“SaaS”化。同时,采用Web2.0技术开发了知识库系统供用户查阅相关技术资料。最后对平台各主要功能模块进行实际试用,并讲解了汽车膜片弹簧在线设计工具的开发和使用过程,验证了专门化工具的正确性和有效性。对汽车零部件产业的调查和工程软件的研究,对于增强SaaS模式在汽车零部件产业应用的有效性很有意义,对于提供中小企业的信息化水平有很大帮助。

【Abstract】 As the market competition increase rapidly, small and medium enterprises need to improve the technological level to survive in competition. Engineering software can significantly reduce product development time and improve product quality, which plays a key role in the manufacturing companies. Small and medium enterprises are character by limited finance and small scale, and also technical personnel, who cannot afford engineering software which is expensive and needs complex operations.After investigate of the Chongqing automotive parts industry, find small and medium enterprises design product by experience rather than calculations and analysis and use engineering software less. Because complicated parts need the assistance of engineering software and technical personnel which not belong to small and medium enterprises.In view of the above problems, the paper presents a solution to solve the difficulties faced by small and medium enterprises within the industry of automotive part, and also research the feasibility of application. SaaS can provide a vast market for ISV and improve technical level of small and medium enterprises. Analyze the application mode specifically and develop a public technology service platform. Design architecture and database of platform according to the specialty of parts and industry.Develop specific tools for different parts based on the thinking of the different need of engineering software between parts industry and typical system for text processing.Specific tools are developed based on ANSYS, and users simply input parameters to get results. Online tools can not boost technology thoroughly, so developed expert support online system using Silverlght to realize the experts "SaaS" of. And also, via Web2.0 build knowledge library for the user access to relevant technical information.Finally, tests the diaphragm spring online design tool development and use, verify the correctness of the specialized tools and effectivenessThe survey of parts industry and research of engineering software can enhance the effectiveness and boost the level of information within small and medium enterprises.
