地铁列车底部除尘设备研究与设计

【摘要】 本论文所研究和设计的地铁列车底部除尘设备适用于B型地铁列车,主要是针对重庆地铁6号线进行的研究和设计,其主要功能是为了对地铁列车底部的电器设备进行喷吹,将依附在电器设备表面的粉尘随气流吸入吸尘管道,含尘气体经过滤器净化处理后排放。论文中首先利用了系统化设计法,将整个地铁列车底部除尘设备当做一个包含不同分系统的整体结构,对地铁列车底部除尘设备的原理和功能进行了全面系统的分析,并由此确定了该设备总体的方案。论文将整个除尘设备分为了喷吹系统和吸尘系统分别分析和研究。喷吹系统:设备自带空气压缩机提供吹扫气源,将地铁列车底部电器设备表面的粉尘进行分离,其中的移动式平台采用轨道上走行方式,驱动电机采用变频调速,其中的供电系统则采用地沟内安装布置安全滑触线的方式提供动力;吸尘系统:通过集尘罩的设计将分离出来的含尘气体捕捉进除尘管道,再通过除尘管道进入除尘器,进行过滤净化,最后将净化后的洁净空气排入大气,并对粉尘进行排灰处理。本论文中,分别对喷吹系统和吸尘系统作了详细的工作原理分析和结构设计。本论文在分析喷吹气流运动规律和捕捉气流运动规律的基础上,重点对除尘设备的设计和计算做了详细介绍,其中主要包括有喷吹气体流量计算、空压机的选择与分析、集尘罩的设计与计算、吸尘管道的设计与计算、除尘器的分析与设计等。论文中通过类比借鉴的设计方式,参考了桥式起重机的原理方案,借鉴了起重机的设计经验,完成了喷吹系统移动式平台的设计,其主要内容包括总体结构设计、走行系统设计、驱动系统设计等。

【Abstract】 The researching and designing of the dust-removal equipment for the bottom of subway train in this thesis is suitable for the B-type subway train, and is mainly for Chongqing Metro Line 6 , its main function is to inject the electric equipment on the bottom of the metro train, to inhale the dust attached to the surface of the electric equipment into the vacuum suction pipes.The polluted gas will be discharged after cleaning treatment.First, the dust-removal equipment for the bottom of subway trains will be considered as a unity contained a large number of different systems, the principle scheme for the dust-removal equipment for the bottom of subway trains will be systematically analyzed, and then the overall scheme of equipment will be fixed through the systematic design method. In this paper, it divide the dust-removal equipment into blowing system and vacuuming system to analyze and research. Blowing system : the equipment provide the air supply with the air compressor,and separate the dust from the electric equipment on the bottom of the metro train. The mobile platform in this system is adopted the mode which running in the orbit. The driving motor in this system is adopted frequency modulation to control. The power supply system is adopted installating the safe slide wire in the trench to supply electricity; Vacuuming system : The dust control pipe is designed for capturing the polluted gas through the research of dust collector hood, and then the polluted gas will be exhausted into the dust catcher to clean, finally the cleaned gas will be discharged into the atmospheric air. In this paper, blowing system and vacuuming system are made a detailed analysis of the operating principle and structural design.This thesis is focused on introduction of the design and calculation of dust-removal equipment, and based on the analysis of the injection airflow movement rules and the capture air flow movement rules. It include injection gas flow calculation, air compressor choice and analysis, dust collector hood design and calculation, vacuuming pipeline design and calculation, analysis and design of dust catcher, etc.In this paper, it through the analogy design methods, referred to principle scheme of the bridge cranes, and borrow ideas from design experience of crane, completed the design for mobile platform of blowing system, and its main content includes design for general structure , design for running system ,design for driving system , etc.
