重庆农村住宅外围护节能分析与研究

【摘要】 本论文选题于重庆市建委科研课题《农村住宅经济适用节能技术集成》,课题旨在通过被动式策略的研究,对农村住宅进行节能设计与改造。研究一方面着眼于农村住宅空间的改造,改善居住的热舒适度条件,从而避免或尽可能减少主动式能源的消耗;另一方面,通过改进外围护体系的材料与构造做法,提高其热工性能,从而降低农宅能耗,并根据重庆农村地区的经济发展水平现状对外围护体系进行综合评价分析。而本论文主要致力于后者,即外围护体系的节能分析与研究。本文基于重庆农村住宅的实地调研,得到了大量关于该地区农宅类型以及外围体系做法的基础资料,在此基础上归纳和总结了现阶段重庆农村地区的三种住宅类型:①传统穿套式平面布局,②单廊式平面布局,③集中式平面布局,并选取了集中式和单廊式布局的农宅作为基本类型进行研究,进而结合该地区的气候特点和既有建筑外围护体系节能技术状况,提出了外围护体系相应部位的节能技术对策。本研究基于Dest-h建筑能耗模拟分析软件,根据重庆农村住宅的调研及理论研究成果,建立了重庆农村住宅的能耗计算模型,通过改进原型住宅外围护体系不同部位的材料热工性能和构造做法进行模拟计算,分别得出相应的能耗水平和节能率并进行对比和分析,进而在此基础上根据重庆农村的经济技术发展水平,提出了经济型、适用型、小康型等三种级别共8种类型的外围护体系节能技术组合方案,通过模拟计算其能耗并比较相应的节能率,与此同时,输入该地区围护体系相关做法的造价,得出围护体系组合方案的成本,并结合能耗的模拟分析,综合评价其技术经济性,得出经济适用的重庆农村住宅外围护体系最优化参数,为该地区农村住宅外围护体系的节能设计与改造提供科学化的依据和参考。
【Abstract】 This thesis aimed from“The Construction and Technology Committee”in Chongqing. The subject named“The integration of applicable energy-saving technology for rural residential”, transform the energy-saving rural residential through the passive strategies. On one hand, in order to improve the residence living comfort, we aimed on the residential space transformation, which could avoid or reduce the active energy consumption. On the other hand, improve the external materials and construction practices in order to improve their thermal performance and thereby reduce the energy consumption of rural housing, and give a comprehensive evaluation of the energy conservation of the envelop system in accordance with the economic development in rural areas in Chongqing. This thesis focuses on the latter, which is the analysis and research of the envelop system.Based on the field research in Chongqing’s rural areas, large amounts of basic data of rural housing’s external practice and residential types have been obtained and three types of rural housing have been chosen for research which are:(1) The traditional-interspersed layout. (2) The gallery type layout. (3) The centralized type layout, Then we put the centralized type and the gallery type layout as the research object. The energy-saving technology of envelop system countermeasures have been proposed combined with the region’s climate characteristic and the energy-saving technology status of the existing rural housing’s envelop.Based on the building energy simulation software Dest-h, and investigation of the rural housing and theoretical research, the rural housing’s energy consumption model of Chongqing have been established. By improving the thermal performance and construction practices, the energy consumption and energy-saving rate have been obtained. And then ,three types including economic、suitable and well have permutated 8 types of external structure according to the economic and technological conditions in rural areas of Chongqing and the energy-saving rate been compared through the energy consumption simulation. At the same time, the cost of the rural housing’s envelop has been entered and the cost of envelope systems have been obtained and compared. Finally, the technical and economic performance have been assessed and the optimal parameters for rural residential been figured out which provides scientific basis and references for the energy-saving design and reconstruction of the rural housing’s envelop.
