【摘要】 中国是一个多灾多难的国家。从自然灾害与人为灾害的角度分析,中国是世界上自然灾害频发国家之一,灾害种类多、发生频度高、遍及广泛,损失严重。全国范围灾害损失发生在城市的比重是70%以上,而在中国特色的环境下,城市里30%用地为居住用地,所以社区防灾空间的建立对于抵抗灾害和保卫人民财产安全有重要的意义。在城市高速发展的同时,防灾空间的功能结构要求趋于综合化专业化。人口、资源、环境、安全是全球城市可持续发展的战略四大要素。随着城市化进程的日益推进,城市功能的复杂,城市人口的膨胀,城市生态平衡的失调,交通基础设施的滞后,各种自然及人为因素对城市的破坏侵扰等,使城市的灾害问题日益严重。在寒地城市,因为其特色的地理条件和气候因素,灾害发生的因素,波及范围,救灾模式等等,其内容都有与众不同的背景含义。本论文研究的是以寒地城市为背景,提出社区防灾空间的设计策略研究。在寒地城市防灾减灾安全保证,增强城市抵御灾害的能力等方面上有重要的意义。依据城市规划的整体防灾空间理论的基础上,结合寒地居住区规划特点和社区民众生活特性,对社区防灾空间规划进行探讨和分析。论文首先对相关领域的研究成果和社区防灾空间设计状况进行综述,提出从特质分析为切入点,深入探究社区防灾空间的设计,引入相关影响因素理论。续而对寒地城市居住社区防灾空间进行了系统化解析。之后,提出了寒地城市社区防灾空间设计策略,并提出防灾空间元素的设计与优化策略。最后,在建设管理策略方面,阐述了建设实施,运营管理,安全保障等三方面。论文针对当前我国城市的发展现状特点,提出寒地城市社区防灾空间的设计策略,为今后我国安全社区的规划建设提供理论和实践指导。建立和健全城市公共安全设计的机制,加快城市防灾——避灾——救灾的规划建筑设计的进程;将城市防灾设计具体到防灾的基本体——社区防灾空间,有利于深化防灾空间的实践理论,更利于落实防灾空间的实践措施;防灾型社区设计多专业的综合延伸和拓展,利用城市物质空间的改变防治城市灾害带来一系列的社会问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 China is a troubled country.
