【摘要】 译者是翻译过程中的一个重要因素。译者的翻译动机，翻译策略，文化立场和个几审美观念等对译文的面貌产生重大的影响。除此以外，译者还应在翻译过程中体现自己独立的思想和特点，这种独立的思想和特点应在翻译的过程中赋予译文或通过译文展现于读者的面前。本文通过以解构主义等翻译理论为研究基础，结合中国唐代诗歌翻译的实例，对翻译过程中译者主体性的发挥进行研究和分忻，同时还对限制译者主体性发挥的主要因素进行了阐述，从而达到推动翻译实践和翻译批评研究发展的目的。本文由五个部分组成。本文首先从理论的角度对传统翻译观进行回顾，进而提出传统翻译理论对译者的态度和对译者地位的忽视。并且还简单地介绍了翻译研究的“文化转向”，以及在这种转向的影响下翻译界对译者的地位以及译者主体性的认识。其次，对译者的翻译观念及翻译目的、文化立场、审美情趣和译者的意识形态，以及译者受到社会、历史、赞助几和读者的制约等方面进行研究，突出译者的主观能动性在翻译过程中起着举足轻重的作用。并重点阐明了在翻译的过程中，译者和作者的地位应该是平等的，展现在读者面前的译文应是由作者与译者共同刨造出的，带有异国风味的作品。本文在第三部分以唐诗的英译作品作为文本材料进行分忻，将不同译者对原文以及作者原意的不同理解作为译者进行刨作的例证。笔者认为所谓翻译中的“忠实”，其实是译者忠实自己对原文的理解，至于译文是否再现了作者的原意，这是一个仁者见仁，智者见智的问题。第四部分阐述了研究译者主体性的实际意义，指出该研究不仅可推动翻译实践，还可促进翻译批评研究的发展。第五部分总结全文。更多还原

【Abstract】 The translator is the most dynamic factor in translation His／her purpose，strategies，methods，mad aesthetic greatly influence the formation ofthe target text The trmaslator hasthe right to interpret and create in trmaslating process，and the right endows the translatorwiththe statUS as a creator．Based on deconstruction translation theory,the thesis studies the performance ofthetranslator’S subjectivity in poetry translation as well as restrictions on the translator’Ssubjectivity SO as to further promote translation practice and translation criticismThis thesis is composed offive partsFirstly,this thesis exmnines the marginalization of the translator in the traditionaltranslation study,and then introduces the change of the translator’S status in translationhistory and the studies ofthe translator’S role since the“Cultural Turn”Secondly,it discussed the translator’S subjectivity,which is manifested in the wholeprocess of translation，from the aspects of the translator’S ideology,cultural standpoint，purpose and aesthetic taste，etc，and some cultural and historical constraints In thetranslating process，the trmaslator should show the self-determination Additionally,thetranslator is supposed to be a creator,whose function is to create the translation that cancreate a new the universeThirdly,I will take the English translation of Tang poetry as the conveyer to supportmy own view-My specifying of Tang poetry to support my view-results from the varietymad possibility of understmading of Tang poetry．The variety mad possibility ofinterpretation provides more freedom for the translator to imagine and create We can say distinct trmaslators can create distinct trmaslation from the same originalFourthly,I illustrate the significmace of studies on the trmaslator’S subjectivity,whichis conducive to the development of trmaslation practice and translation criticismThe last part is a conclusion，summarizing the whole thesis更多还原
