【摘要】 近年来随着电信领域的蓬勃发展,电信运营商的业务量在逐渐增加,业务流程和业务需求也逐渐复杂。在国内,各运营商旗下的综合业务运营管理平台OSS系统并没有随着其业务的更新而升级。这就要求大量的OSS系统需要更新换代,跟上时代的步伐,适应新增业务的需求。但是OSS系统是一个庞大的IT框架,它的更新换代不可能一步到位。近期,在国内电信运营商全业务运营的推动下各个运营商在借鉴国外通信运营商成功经验的基础之上,引入综合资源管理系统,来协调各个专业网管系统的工作,对资源数据统一管理和建模,并提供高效的服务来保障用户业务的顺利开通。本文研究了电信领域综合资源管理系统下的子系统内线资源存量管理系统的研发背景,国内现状。对内线资源存量管理系统的业务需求进行了详细的分析,并在此基础上设计了系统的架构模型。在GRT系统(一种电信领域数据模型管理系统)的基础上,提出了内线资源管理系统的实体模型,并对业务实体进行了详细的分析和设计。本文实现了内线资源存量管理系统中空间资源管理模块和设备资源管理模块的核心功能。通过本系统的开发和实施,为电信领域内线资源存量管理系统增加了一种更快捷、更方便且具有高扩展性的平台加应用的解决方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recent years, with the rapid development of telecommunications and the gradually increase of telecom operator’s business, the business processes and business needs are increasingly Complex. In China, the telecom operator’s OSS system is not be updated with its business to upgrade. So, its need a lot of OSS system to be upgraded to keep up with the times and adapt the new business needs. But the OSS system is a huge IT framework, and its replacement needs not only one step. Recently, through the Integrated Resource Management System, the telecom operator can coordinate the work of the professional Network Management System and make the unified management of resource data and modeling, and provide efficient service to protect the smooth opening for user’s business, based on the foreign telecom operator’s successful experience.In this paper, we studied the development background and domestic situation of Inventory Management System for Insider Resources in Telecommunications. Made a detailed analysis for business needs of the Inventory Management System for Insider Resources, and on this basis, designed the system architecture model. Based on the GRT System, we provided the entity model, and designed the relevant data model after analyzing the business entities.In this paper, we implemented the core function for the management of space resources and equipment resources in the Inventory Management System for Insider Resources.
