【摘要】 随着社会不断的发展,互联网企业要发布的产品逐步增多,开发版本发布系统显得尤为重要。在这种情况下,基于工作流的版本发布系统被提出来,用于改善企业内部团队的协作效率,节省人力成本,并通过权限管理,提高代码资源的安全性,同时也增加审批环节来避免运营的事故发生。版本发布系统分为十个模块,从开始的发布申请的提出,经过开通上传权限、申请人上传软件、测试人员进行测试、开发组长审批,通过之后,非紧急版本转到运维服务台(紧急版本要通过项目负责人和经理的审批),再经过运维实施发布、线上验证基础配置,审核通过后流程结束。每个模块之间的转换,都会邮件通知到下一步的关注人,延期未处理的单据会发邮件催办并告知其负责人的主管,有效保证了员工间的信息沟通顺畅。版本发布系统实现后,在公司内正常运行,整个工作流程上,员工职责分明,在同一平台上进行信息交流,并设立相应的审批环节,确保员工实施的方案可行,有效防范了一些人为操作的失误,同时电子化流程也提高了团队整体开发效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the fast development of our society, there’re more and more Internet enterprises’products to be published. In this case, the system based on workflow was mentioned out to improve employees’efficiency and save human resource cost. During the same time, it can provide high security by access-control method and avoid the operation accidents.To make sure that the services are available and reduce the mistakes which made by employee, we can use the software publishing system. It’s made up of ten modules. At the beginning, it’s an application who need propose. Then we will grant the privileges to users and let the applicant to upload his software to our FTP server. After this, the tester will download it and do some system and acceptance test. If there’s no problem, then the tester will finish his part and the workflow will transfer to the manager of the whole development. With his approval, usually we will upload the software to our platform of operation. During this step, if there’s urgent software to be uploaded, we must get the project manager and general manager’s approval. To carry on, we should publish our software and double check all of the configure items. By the way, if there’s steps’ shift, it will send email or RTX messages to the person who takes charge of them. Generally speaking, it improves the communication among the employees.It works well in the company after it’s published, all employees communicate on the same platform and there’re some approval steps which make sure the solutions from the employee are right.
