油浸式变压器(电抗器)状态检修信息管理系统的开发

【摘要】 多年来,国内电力行业中一直以计划检修作为主要的检修策略。但随着电力行业的快速发展,电力设备数量的不断增多,这种方式已经越来越不符合设备稳定性和检修经济性的要求了。为了改善这种局面,电力设备的检修策略迫切需要向状态检修过渡。它以设备健康状况为主要依据,在此基础上采取灵活的具有针对性的检修方式。本文阐述了状态检修的有关概念,分析了当前在电力设备维护中开展状态检修工作的重要意义和必然趋势,详细介绍了一套油浸式电力变压器(电抗器)状态检修信息管理系统的设计思路和开发过程。该系统是在参考了国家电网公司最新发布的设备状态检修相关规章制度和技术标准的基础上研制完成的。系统开发采用了微软公司强大的ASP.NET技术,用于构建一个B/S(浏览器/服务器)形式的Web项目。系统开发使用了C#作为程序编写语言,使用MS SQL Server 2005作为数据库构建工具,还结合了当下流行的AJAX技术完善交互界面,在Visual Studio 2005的开发环境下完成开发。系统程序设计上使用了多层架构,保证了程序的层次性、易读性和扩展性;同时,要综合考虑到功能性、安全性、高效性等因素。系统实现了使用账户的分权限管理,将两类管理员和各变电站用户的使用范围严格限定;完成了变电站和变压器(电抗器)的信息录入、查询、修改等功能;提供了设备检修评价信息的收集,评价结果、评价报表的自动生成,历年状态评价信息的联合查询功能;同时,也设计了审核控制、日志查询等其他实用功能。信息化建设是状态检修高效而规范开展的重要保证,本系统的使用将会满足其信息化应用的需求,支持状态检修工作循序渐进的进行下去。
【Abstract】 For all the time, Time-Based Maintenance (TBM) is the main tactics for internal electrical power industry. However this kind of method is becoming more and more unsuitable for keeping the stability of equipment and decreasing maintenance spending. In order to change the situation , the transition from TBM to Condition-Based Maintenance(CBM) is in urgent need. It is based on the state of health of equipments,and a flexible and pertinent maintenance mode is needed. This paper presents related concepts about CBM, analyses the significance and inevitable trend of developing CBM in electrical power equipments maintenance, introduces the ideas and development process of a CBM information management system for 500kv oil-filled transformer(reactor) in details. The development of the system consults the latest published CBM related regulation and technical standards from State Grid Corporation. The technology adopted to develop the system is ASP.NET from Microsoft , it is used to construct a web project with Browser/Server style. The programming language is C# , the database tool is MS SQL Server 2005, and the popular AJAX technology is combined into the system to complete user interface,all the development is under the environment of Visual Studio 2005. A multi-layer structure is used for the system, it makes the program more hierarchic, readable and extensible. At the same time, the functionality, security and efficiency are under consideration. The system realizes the user privilege management, it restricts the two kinds of administrator power and substation management power within their respective scopes. It accomplishes the functions of information entry, search, modification. It could gather the equipments maintenance evaluation information, generate the evaluation results and reports automatically, what’s more, all the condition maintenance information over the years could be searched in the system.Other useful functions are also designed: such as verification control, log enquiry.IT application is an important factor to make the work of CBM more efficient and regular, the application of the system will meet the needs of CBM information management and make related work have a progressive approach.
