FDM快速成形机的结构设计及优化研究

【摘要】 快速成形技术是二十世纪八十年代后期发展起来的一项先进制造技术,该技术发展到今天,已经趋于成熟和完善,它的应用领域几乎覆盖了制造领域的各个行业。然而熔融沉积成形(FDM)工艺作为快速成形技术的一种,具有运行成本低、制件可打磨性好、设备轻巧、环保等优点。鉴于FDM工艺如此广泛的应用和众多优点,自主开发出一套成熟的FDM快速成形设备,并朝着商品化的方向发展,一定有很大的发展潜力。本文主要针对FDM快速成形设备的机械系统结构设计和优化进行了全面的深入研究。首先,通过对国内外传统FDM设备结构上的比较分析,提出一套完整的结构设计方案,利用三维实体设计软件UG对结构设计方案中的各主要零部件进行参数化设计和虚拟装配,得到整机机械系统的完整三维模型。然后,运用有限元的分析方法,对整机机械系统的安全性和稳定性进行验证,同时对机械结构加以优化和改进。当机械系统的各项性能指标均满足设计需求后,便开始投入样机的实际生产。目前本课题的研究已经取得了阶段性成果,第一台实验样机已经调试完成,在对其制件过程的工艺性进行相关的深入研究。本论文的研究方法具有一定的工程实用价值,对于同类大型结构的设计和结构优化改造项目有十分重要的借鉴作用。
【Abstract】 Rapid prototyping technology was developed at the end of the eighties of twentieth century. The technology has been improved a lot until now. It is almost applied in every field of the manufacture industry. FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) is one of the rapid prototyping technologies. It has many advantages such as inexpensive, easy to be polished, very smart and environmental protection.For above advantages, there is a great development potential to designing a perfect FDM rapid prototyping machine. The main topic of this paper is about structural design and optimization on FDM rapid prototyping machine.First, we should work out a full structural design program. The project chooses UG software to modeling every main part, and assembles them together based on the virtual design system.Then validating the security and stability of the whole mechanical system by using finite element analysis method. If every performance indicators of the whole mechanical system meet the design requirements, the testing machine could be produced.The research on this topic has made a big achievement. The setting and debugging of the first testing machine has been accomplished. Further research about FDM processing technology is working.The research method has certain engineering practicability; it has some model functions to the similar large structure in the design and structure improvement.
