我国企业伦理建设存在问题与对策研究

【摘要】 企业是我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分，企业的发展状况如何将会直接影响到整个国民经济的发展。在现代经济社会中，加强企业伦理建设、重视企业社会责任是企业在激烈竞争中能够赖以生存和发展的必要基础，是提高企业核心竞争力的关键，是维护市场正常秩序、保护消费者合法权益的必然要求。本文以企业伦理建设为研究对象，主要分为以下几个部分：首先对企业伦理的概念进行了界定，并介绍了企业伦理产生和发展的历程；其次，结合实际案例，介绍了加强伦理建设的必要性，并分析了我国企业伦理建设中存在的问题；再次，对企业伦理缺失原因进行探析，包括内部原因和外部原因；最后，在上述分析基础上提出了加强企业伦理建设的措施。
