基于通用五轴加工中心螺旋锥齿轮数控加工系统的开发

【摘要】 螺旋锥齿轮作为高效、平稳、高载的传动部件,广泛用于轮船、飞机、直升机、汽车、动力机械等设备,其需求量非常之大。由于传统机械式螺旋锥齿轮数控加工设备的专用性、功能局限性而被逐步淘汰,而采用全数控理论和技术实现螺旋锥齿轮数字化加工是当前制造业发展的大趋势。为降低加工成本和提高机床的利用率,本文旨在搭建全数控高效螺旋锥齿轮数字化制造系统平台,配以自主研发的天大精益牌TDNC-H8开放式数控系统,开发出采用通用数控机床实现螺旋锥齿轮制造的数字化加工系统。本文首先对Gleason齿制的螺旋锥齿轮的加工原理进行了研究,对Gleason齿制齿轮成形机理的实质进行深入剖析,将主、被动齿轮的多种加工方法进行整合与提炼,并详述各成形方法的区别与加工工艺。以螺旋锥齿轮的成形机理为基础,运用微分几何和空间矢量坐标变换的方法,进行了螺旋锥齿轮曲面成形的空间运动学转换研究。同时,对螺旋锥齿轮的数字化加工的过程中的后置处理进行计算,在以上对螺旋锥齿轮成形理论的推导及数控加工技术研究的基础上,在开放型数控加工系统上,开发螺旋锥齿轮数控加工模块,使其实现对螺旋锥齿轮加工NC代码的自动化生成。最后对螺旋锥齿轮在通用机床上加工所需要的专用锥柄及夹具进行设计,通过加工仿真和实际切削,验证以上理论的可行性及NC代码的正确性。最后,对螺旋锥齿轮的齿轮精度及误差产生的原因进行了分析。本文所进行的螺旋锥齿轮数控加工理论的研究及对其数控加工系统的搭建,将为后续的螺旋锥齿轮数控加工向多齿制多方法制造、齿面在机测量、加工仿真、齿面接触区分析等功能的不断丰富,起到探索性作用。

【Abstract】 The spiral bevel and hypoid gear is a efficient, stable and heavy loaded transmission part. So it is widely used in the equipments of ship, plane, helicopter, car and the other power machines. The demand of it is being more and more great. The tradition mechanical machine is being eliminated because of the specificity and the limitations of it. While the digital machining with completely CNC theory and technology is the current trend of manufacture. Based on the independent open CNC system TDNC-H8, a spiral bevel and hypoid gears CNC manufacturing system used for the manufacture of the spiral bevel and hypoid gears on general CNC machine is carried out in this thesis. This can highly reduce processing costs and improve machine utilization.This thesis does some research on the processing theories and technologies of Gleason gears. After analyzing the essence of forming mechanism of Gleason gears, the various processing methods are integrated. Meanwhile, the differences and processing technology among the methods is described in details.Using the differential geometry and the coordinate transformation of space vector, the spatial kinematics of spiral bevel and hypoid gears is researched based on the forming mechanism of spiral bevel and hypoid gears. Based on the established mathematical model, deduces out post processing formulas of CNC machine tools for spiral bevel and hypoid gears. According to above researches, a NC programming system was developed especially for spiral bevel and hypoid gears on the open CNC machine.At the last part, the special tool holder and fixture are designed for the open CNC machine. Through out the simulation and actual cutting, the feasibility of the theory and correctness of NC code are tested. In the end, the thesis analyzes the gear precision and discusses the reason for the error.To sum up, the researches of processing theory and the establishment of the CNC system for spiral bevel and hypoid gears are a explorative research for the following studies on the multi-gears machining, on machine gear verification, machining simulation and tooth contact analysis (TCA), and so on.
