【摘要】 长沙水泵厂原生产场地位于长沙市中心地区。近年来,随着长沙市的快速发展,政府对该区域的规划发生变化,长沙水泵厂继续在原场地生产势必增加社会成本,搬迁是企业发展及城市建设共同的需要。2004年3月,湘潭电机集团有限公司出资收购长沙水泵厂,本次收购活动为长沙水泵厂的生产战略提出了更高技术要求,也为整体搬迁提供了资金保障。借此契机长沙水泵厂准备整体搬迁到宁乡,并建成国内技术水平先进,产品质量一流的铸造基地。本次设计针对长沙水泵厂的生产结构及产品特点,结合新厂区地理位置,将项目厂房按工艺流程合理的运输方式进行车间布置,厂房按照生产功能分为机加工车间、清理热处理车间、铸造联合厂房和木模制造车间。各车间经过对现有生产情况进行分析的基础上,再与国内同类产品的生产企业对比后进行新建厂房的设计。本次设计主要任务是工艺方法的选择、设备计算以及设备布置,重点在工艺设计上对铸造造型、砂处理工艺、热处理工艺进行分析,在设备计算上做到设备配置优化、设备布局合理,在满足生产技术要求的基础上保证物流顺畅,工序合理。在设备选型、电气和建筑等设计上保证节能环保。本设计实施后形成的铸造基地年产高技术含量、高品质、高经济附加值铸件16350吨,其中铸铁件11000吨、铸钢件5000吨、铸铜件300吨、精密铸钢件50吨。项目建设固定资产总投资12000万元,达产后年产品销售收入达到50000万元,利润总额3000万元,具有很高的社会效益和经济效益。通过本次设计将长沙水泵厂建成国内一流的水泵铸造企业,同时在环保措施和技术水平上达到国家和地方有关规范和标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Changsha pump works located at the central urban of Changsha. In recently years, with the rapid development of Changsha, the Government’s planning for developing this zone, it’s inevitable to increase the social costs if the pump works continue to product at this place, so moving the pump works to suburb can meet the needs of the development of enterprises and the urban construction.In March 2004, the Xiangtan motor group co., Ltd. acquired Changsha pump works, and this acquisition not only proposed higher technical requirements to the production strategy, and also provided the funds moving the pump works to the suburb. So moving to Ningxiang it is opportunity to Changsha pump works for building the Domestic first-class and producing the first-class cast base.For the production structure and product features of this pump works combining with the new geographical location, according to the reasonable process flow and the function of the plant production, the union factory will be designed to four workshops including machine processing workshop?cleaning up the joint workshop?casting heat treatment plant and wood form workshop. Based on the current situations and compared the other domestic works producing the similar products, the union factory will be built. The main tasks of this design contain the selection of the process?the evaluation of the devices and layout of the equipments. The keys of this design include analyzing the casting modeling?sand treatment process?heat treatment process and so on, which make the device evaluate optimization and equipments layout reasonable. Under ensure the unimpeded flow of goods and materials, the union factory should be designed to energy-saving and environmental on the equipment selection?electrical and construction.After the implementation of this design, the high-tech?high-quality and high Eva casting base will come into being. It has the capacity of 16350 tons annual production, including 11000 tons of cast iron? 5000 tons of steel castings?300 tons cast copper pieces and precision castings 50 tons. The total investment of this project about fixed assets is 120 million RMB, after arrival at the full capacity it will be sales income reached 500 million RMB and 30 million RMB in total profits, with high social and economic benefits. By this project the Changsha pump works will be a domestic first-class pump casting base which is more environmental and higher technical.更多还原
