碎石填土地基强夯加固机理及其工程应用研究

【摘要】 目前强夯加固机理在宏观方面的解释已经较为完善,而由于土体的特殊性质,从微观角度来解释强夯加固机理的理论较少,本文从能量转换和微观的角度,对影响强夯加固效果的参数中的锤重、土的性质和夯点间距进行定性定量的讨论和分析,给出选取的依据,并通过株洲宋家河粮食仓库的强夯后的加固效果检测数据和土工试验的数据的分析来验证理论的正确性和可取性。首先,对强夯法的国内外的发展史进行较为详细的叙述,并简洁介绍了强夯法的特点及适用性和国内一些具有代表性的工程,较为详细的阐述了目前常用的加固机理,通过对目前强夯加固机理所存在的发展空间进行分析并提出了本文拟研究和解决的问题。然后,针对夯击能以三种波的形式在土中传递所引起的质点振动具有的各自特征,通过对各波引起的质点振动特征的分析,阐述其对土的三相成份、结构等微观结构的改变机制,进一步从波动与微观的角度来研究强夯法加固地基的加固机理。其次,根据能量转换和动量定理对强夯法参数的锤重和锤距的选择进行了定性分析,得出了碎石土地基强夯加固应取重锤的结论,并结合土体的微观特征,全面阐述了土的性质对强夯法加固效果的影响,分析了影响夯点间距的相关因数,并推导了夯点间距与其影响因素之间的函数关系,同时研究了强夯法其它有关参数的选取方法及其对加固效果的影响。最后,通过株洲宋家河粮食仓库的地基强夯加固工程实例,对强夯加固前的参数进行了选择,并根据强夯前后的检测结果进行了详细分析,验证了本文理论的正确性和可取性。
