重宾·保利国际广场抗震抗风性能研究

【摘要】 随着我国高层建筑建设的迅速增加,带加强层的框架—核心筒结构体系在实际工程中得到了越来越多的应用。超高层框架—核心筒结构体系在设置加强层时会遇到一些问题,研究加强层对这类结构体系的受力性能影响对今后的工程设计具有十分重要的意义。本文结合重宾·保利国际广场工程实例对带加强层的框架—核心筒结构体系的抗震抗风性能的影响进行了分析和研究。重宾·保利国际广场总高度286.80m,建成后将是我国西南地区的第一高楼。重宾·保利国际广场塔楼地上共58层,主体结构采用钢筋混凝土框架—核心筒结构体系。为减小层间位移角和顶点位移,在二十九层和四十四层层高6米的避难层设置伸臂桁架加强层。本工程设防烈度为6度,又是超高层建筑,风荷载对结构起控制作用。为了解工程设置加强层后的抗震抗风性能,必须对设置加强层后的结构性能进行分析研究。本文对重宾·保利国际广场工程建立了整体计算模型,采用SATWE和ETABS两个程序对其结构的受力性能、周期、位移等特性进行了分析比较。对于受力较为复杂水平伸臂桁架,同时采用ETABS及SAP2000二个程序分别进行验算。结果表明:该工程的周期、层间位移角及位移比等各项指标均在合理范围内,没有出现明显的结构薄弱层,整个结构安全可靠。本文在模型风洞实验的基础上,对按规范计算的风荷载与模型风洞试验得出的风荷载进行了分析比较,同时分别考虑了无周边建筑影响和有周边建筑影响两种工况。结果表明:在这类风荷载起控制作用的超高层建筑结构中,模型风洞试验具有不可忽视的作用。本文对重宾·保利国际广场设置不同加强层的数量和位置的4种工况进行了结构分析与比较,研究了不同的加强层设置位置和数量对结构的周期、位移和受力性能的影响。针对设置加强层后可能使加强层的相邻层产生薄弱层的问题进行了分析研究,在分析研究的基础上,对加强层刚度的合理选择提出了建议。

【Abstract】 Along with rapid increase of high-rise constructions in our country, the frame-corewall structure with strengthened story system has obtained more and more applications in the practical project.The establishment of ultrahigh layer frame–corewall structure system with strengthened stories always meets some problems; the research on effects of strengthened stories on this kind of structure system’s stress performance to present’s engineering design has the very vital significance. This thesis unified the Chongbing Baoli international square project to exemplify the frame–corewall with strengthened stories structure system’s earthquake resistance wind resistant performance influence to carry on the analysis and the research.The gross height of Chongbing Baoli international square is 286.80m.After completing, it will be the tallest building in southwest of China .The Chongbing Baoli international square has altogether 58 stories, according to the building function request, the main structure uses the reinforced concrete frame - corewall structure. In order to reduce the level the angle of displacement and the apex displacement,sets cantilever truss at the meters high asylum layer on the 29th an the 44th store. This project located at 6 agnitude earthquake area, In order to understand earthquake resistance wind resistant performance of the structure after setting with strengthened stories, the performance of the structure after setting with strengthened stories must be analyzed.The whole Chongbing Baoli international square computation model is established in this article, and so on structure performance, period, displacement has carried on the analysis comparison by SATWE and the ETABS two procedures. Regarding stress more complex spots story with outriggers, simultaneously uses ETABS and SAP2000 two procedures to carry on the checking calculation separately.Based wind-tunnel tests,the paper compares the wind loads calculated according to Code and wind loads form wind-tunnel test in the two cases of without affecting the surrounding architecture and with the surrounding construction. The results show that: in this kind of wind load controlling ultra-high-rise building design, the results of wind tunnel tests can not be ignored.Four operating case of stories with outriggers of different quantity and position of of Chongbing Baoli international square are studied .Through the analysis to 4 kind of different organization plans, the impacts of the position and the quantity of strengthened stories on the structure period, the displacement and the stress performance are analyzed, the problem that setting strengthened stories may casuse the neribour stories become relatively weaker were focused on and analyzed.On the basis of the study ,this paper gives some advices on the reasonable choice of rigidity of strengthened stories.
