【摘要】 进入21世纪,我国经济社会在突飞猛进的发展过程中,呈现出了诸多问题。经济危机对我国实体经济产生巨大冲击、环境破坏对经济发展造成严重制约等,都要求我们重新审视国民经济的运行问题,为国民经济的良性发展寻找新的出路。本文对马克思再生产理论的分析,对这一理论视角下我国国民经济运行的历史和现实问题的考察,以及对马克思再生产理论与全面协调可持续发展基本要求之间内在一致性的探索,都旨在能够为实现国民经济“又好又快”发展提供思路和途径。本文通过对现有文献的研究,运用比较法、定量研究与定性研究相结合的方法以及理论联系实际的方法,得出以下结论:一是违背社会再生产的基本规律,导致国民经济片面地、失衡地、不可持续地运行,是制约经济社会高质量发展的重要原因。二是马克思再生产理论对我国当前经济运行中存在的问题仍有足够的解释力,对我国当前的经济建设仍然具有适用性。三是马克思再生产理论与科学发展观全面协调可持续发展这一基本要求之间具有内在一致性,马克思再生产理论为全面协调可持续发展的基本要求提供经济理论依据,全面协调可持续发展的基本要求继承并发展了马克思再生产理论。这一结论对于当前深入贯彻落实科学发展观具有重要的意义。本文的创新点主要包括:第一,将马克思再生产理论分析经济运行问题时展现的思维方式,探索性地运用到分析我国社会主义经济建设的实际问题中去,将抽象的理论具体化、直观化,为制定国民经济运行的方针政策提供新的思路。第二,本文尝试将马克思再生产理论与科学发展观全面协调可持续发展的基本要求结合起来进行研究,并对二者的关系进行分析和概括,从更为具体和细致的角度,探寻马克思主义与科学发展观的渊源关系。这不仅使科学发展观更具有说服力和指导力,也为深入贯彻落实科学发展观提供了新的视角和途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Into the 21st century, many problems emerge in the process of our economy andsociety development. Economic crisis affected our real economy seriously,environmental damage restricted our economic development.All of thesecontradiction require us to re-examine the operation of the national economyproblems,in oder to find a new way out for the sound development. The analysis ofthe Marxist theory of reproduction, the study on the history of our national economyand the practical problems in the Marxist theory of reproduction perspective,and theexplore of the internal consistencybetween the Marxist theoryof reproduction and thebasic requirements of comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, aredesigned to find ideas and approaches for the " effective " development of nationaleconomy.This article is based on the study about existing literature, uses researchingmethods of comparison , qualitative and quantitative analysis and applying theory toreality,and draws the following conclusion:First,Contrarying to the basic law of social reproduction leded to one-sided,unbalanced, and unsustainable development. Second, the Marxist theory ofreproduction can be used to explain and solve the problems of our nationaleconomy,and it can also be the guiding principle of the economic development. Third,the Marxist theory of reproduction and the the Scientific Outlook on Developmenthave internal consistency. The Marxist theory of reproduction provides theoreticalbasis for the basic requirements of Comprehensive, coordinated and sustainabledevelopment, the basic requirements of Comprehensive, coordinated and sustainabledevelopment inherites and advances the Marxist theoryof reproduction.This paper is innovative: 1) Apply the Marxist theory of reproduction to solvethe operation of China’s national economyproblems,not onlymake the abstract theoryconcrete and intuitive,but also provide new ideas, principles and policies for theoperation of the national economy. 2) This article attempts to combine the Marxisttheory of reproduction and the basic requirements of comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development,analyze and generalize the relationship between them fromthe more specific and detailed perspective. All of these studies will provide Newperspectives and approaches for thoroughly applying the Scientific Outlook onDevelopment.更多还原
