【摘要】 随着世界一体化进程的加速,科学技术竞争已经日益成为国家间竞争的焦点,其中自主创新能力成为决定国家竞争力的关键性因素。自主创新能力不仅是国家竞争力的核心,也是企业生存和发展的关键。从发达国家的经济发展过程来看,产学研合作是企业技术创新的最主要途径之一,基于产学研合作创新,促进企业技术进步,是世界各国推动科技进步和经济发展的普遍经验。但是目前我国产学研合作水平较低,在合作中还存在较多的问题,尤其是在合作的各个环节和阶段都还存在阻碍合作顺利进行的障碍因素。尽管产学研合作创新的形式已经受到了产业界和学术界广泛的关注和重视,但是在实践中,合作过程中仍然呈现出各种问题。本文将在深入分析这些问题的基础上进一步基于系统论的思想来探讨影响产学研合作的关键性障碍因素。根据系统论的观点,本文将产学研合作分为三个层次,分别是:高等院校、科研院所和企业三个子系统的微观层次,三个子系统之间合作的中观层次,产学研合作大系统与外部环境的宏观层次。在这种分类的基础上,研究产学研合作中不同层次上的障碍性因素,讨论这些因素产生的原因和造成的影响。通过这些分析有针对性的对产学研合作提出的建设性的对策与建议,为我国产学研合作的进一步发展提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the acceleration of the process of world integration, competition of science and technology has increasingly become the focus of competition between countries, including capacity for independent innovation as the key factors of national competitiveness. Capacity for independent innovation is not only the core of national competitiveness is the key to corporate survival and development. According to the economic development process of developed countries, the cooperation of industry, university and research institute is one of the most important ways. The cooperation of industry, university and research institute promotes the technological progress of corporation. The cooperation of industry, university and research institute is the universal experience of many states all over the world to promote scientific and technological progress and economic development. However, the cooperation of industry, university and research institute is not in-depth, university cooperation. There are still a lot of problems in all aspects and stages of cooperation and obstacles to hinder the smooth progress of cooperation.Although industry and academic has paid attention of the cooperation of industry, university and research institute extensively, in practice, there are still many problems in the process of cooperation. This article will analyze these issues in depth based on systems theory and explore the impact of the key obstacles in the cooperation of industry, university and research institute. According to system theory, this article will divide the cooperation of industry, university and research institute into three levels, including three subsystems of universities, research institutes and enterprises, the cooperation between the three subsystems, large-scale system of industry, university and research institute and the environment. This article will analyze the obstacles at different levels and discuss the causes and impact. To solve these problems, a number of countermeasures and suggestions for the further development of the cooperation of industry, university and research institute will be given exclusively.更多还原
