【摘要】 建设创新型国家,加快转变经济发展方式,赢得发展先机和主动权,最根本的是要靠科技的力量,最关键的是要大幅提高创新能力。通过何种方式实现从知识到技术的转移,即产学研合作模式是产学研研究的重要目的。寻找适合项目本身的产学研模式是成功实现知识向技术转移的关键,因而产学研合作模式的创新是技术创新研究的重要方向。企业是产学研合作的主体,然而产学研合作的主体是会随产学研合作的运行和发展而发生相应的变化,也就是说主体可以变位。这里并不是否认企业在产学研中的主体地位,而是随着企业的建立发展,企业的技术研发能力也在改变,企业在成长的不同阶段需要的产学研合作方式也就不同。因此,本文的研究将从企业成长的角度来探讨产学研合作的创新模式。处于不同成长阶段的企业,对于先进技术、经济政策环境等因素的要求不同。本文将通过对企业成长理论的阐述来分析企业各个成长阶段的成长因素,并分析提炼出影响企业成长的八个关键因素。将这八个因素定义为八个评价维度,运用层次分析法和模糊评价法,计算分析企业不同成长阶段技术创新成熟度。根据企业创新成熟程度的不同,结合不同阶段企业的管理目标和创新需求,通过改变这些影响因素,从而选择出在不同阶段企业可以应用的产学研结合的模式。最后,本文分述了在各个阶段产学研创新模式的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To build an innovative country, speed up the transformation of economic development, chase the development opportunities and the initiative, the most fundamental thing is to rely on the power of technology and the key is to significantly improve the innovation capability. It’s an important objective for the study of industry,university and research institute that through what ways to achieve the transfer from knowledge to technology, which is called the cooperative mode. Finding a suitable cooperation model for the project is a key to achieve the transfer successfully. Therefore the innovation of cooperation mode is an important research direction of technological innovation.Through cooperative enterprise is the main body of the cooperation of industry,university and research institute, the main body changes corresponding the operation and development, that is to say the subject may change. This is not to deny the dominant position of the company in the cooperation. But as the company establishes and develops, its R&D capabilities are changing. The cooperation mode that the business needs at different growth stage differs. Therefore, this issue will study the cooperative innovation model from the perspective of business growth.Business at different stages requires different advanced technology and economic policy. This paper will analyze the various growth factors at different growth stages through stating the theory of firm growth, and extract eight key factors that impact the growth of business. These eight factors are defined as eight rating dimensions. Using AHP and fuzzy evaluation mode to calculate and analyze the enterprise innovation maturity at different stages. According to the different maturity of the enterprise innovation, combined with the management target and innovation needs at different stages, the study changes these factors so that certain cooperation mode can be applied at different stages.
