【摘要】 随着第三方物流理论的不断发展和物流实践的不断深入,客观上也要求建立与之相适应的第三方物流企业信息化的绩效评价指标体系,并确定相应的绩效评价方法,以科学、客观地反映第三方物流企业信息化的实施情况。在这种情况下,建立一套有效的、可操作的第三方物流企业信息化的绩效评价指标体系,有助于企业提升其经营管理水平,完善其自身的信息化建设。在现有的各种企业信息化绩效评价指标体系的基础之上,本文综合运用定性分析与案例分析相结合的研究方法,对第三方物流企业信息化建设的必要性和第三方物流企业信息化绩效评价指标体系进行了研究。通过对国内外企业信息化绩效评价评价指标体系和方案的对比分析,试图确立一种适合于第三方物流企业信息化水平评价体系和评价方案,并进一步充实第三方物流企业信息化绩效评价理论体系;通过利用本文所确立的评价体系和方案,对牡丹江华晟国运物流有限公司的信息化水平进行评价,进而为第三方物流企业提高信息化水平和实行现代化管理提供科学依据。首先,明确了企业信息化的概念及内容,并对企业信息化绩效评价的相关理论做出了详细的阐述,阐明了企业信息化绩效评价指标的特点;同时根据第三方物流企业的特点,建立了第三方物流企业信息化绩效评价指标体系,并根据专家访谈问卷和层次分析法确定了各个指标体系的权重,对第三方物流企业信息化绩效评价进行了有益的探索。其次,文章对评价体系进行了实证分析,以调研获得的信息和相关数据为依据,结合所建立的第三方物流企业信息化的绩效评价指标体系,对牡丹江华晟国运物流有限公司的信息化水平进行评价;最后,针对评价结果进行了分析和探讨,并提出了牡丹江华晟国运物流有限公司信息化的对策和建议。在现有理论和资料的基础上,本文在第三方物流企业信息化评价方面只是进行了初步的探讨,力求对企业的信息化工作提供某种启示,以期引起更多有识之士对此领域的重视和兴趣,同时也希望能达到抛砖引玉的效果,为后来研究者进一步的研究和探讨提供基础和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of the third party logistics theory and practice of logistics, which also requires establishing conesponding third-party logistics enterprise informatization of performance evaluation index system, and the corresponding evaluation method, in order to scientifically and objectively reflect the third party logistics enterprise informatization of implementation.
