【摘要】 在我国,中小企业数量占全部工商注册登记企业总数的99%,所以在市场经济以及全球经济一体化的条件下,如何降低中小企业产品和服务的成本,提高其产品质量具有重要的意义。从六西格玛管理方法在我国企业的实施研究状况来看,专家和学者指出了在中小企业中引入六西格玛管理的困难和问题;同时指出了在具有生产流程的企业中引入六西格玛管理方法、降低企业成本、提高产品质量的途径和条件。六西格玛管理方法是质量管理发展的新阶段,具有降低企业成本,提高产品质量和服务质量的功效。六西格玛管理精髓在于利用DMAIC模型对生产流程的分析,并通过对流程的分析,找到公司存在的问题,最终解决问题。因此可以说具有生产流程的中小企业有实施六西格玛管理的可行性。本文选取包头天雅科贸公司(一家小型的企业)作为研究对象,将六西格玛管理的DMAIC模型运用到了该公司,并且通过运用鱼骨图、相关性分析、实验设计等质量管理工具,找到了影响天雅科贸公司服装生产成本过高的三个主要因素:整烫、缝制、裁剪。进而针对这三个阶段出现的问题提出了改进的措施。最终,通过对公司生产流程的定义、测量、分析、改进和控制,降低了天雅科贸公司酒店制服和民族服饰的平均成本,提高了产品的质量,并且将改进过程中的建议措施以文件的形式保存下来。更多还原

【Abstract】 In China, small and medium enterprises(SMEs) registration number of the total percentage 99 of total number of enterprises,so under the conditions of global economic integration, how to reduce the cost of SME products and services and improve product quality of SMEs is significant.From the Six Sigma management method in the implementation of China’s state enterprises in terms, Experts and scholars have pointed out the production process of enterprises with the introduction of six sigma management, reduced costs, improved product quality means; also pointed out the difficulties for SMEs to introduce six sigma’s problems and conditions.Six Sigma is a new stage in the development of quality management, Six Sigma method can decrease corporate costs and improve product and service quality. The essence of Six Sigma are using DMAIC model to analyze the production process. Through analyzing the process and finding the problem of the company, then solute the problem. Medium-sized businesses and large enterprises also has a similar process, therefore Six Sigma can be applied to small and medium enterprises and it is quite possible.This paper select Tian Ya Ke Mao Company(which is a small company) as the object of study. DMAIC model will be applied to the company. I use the fish bone diagram, correlation analysis and experimental design and other quality management tools to find the main factors which affect the cost of garment production process which maintain ironing stage, sewing stage and cutting stage. For the problems which were found in the three stage,I proposed measures for improvement.Finally, we reduced the average cost of hotel uniforms and national dress through the analysis of the company production process and save the advice and measure in the form of the document.更多还原
