基于人职匹配模型的卫生人力资源信息服务网站的研究与设计

【摘要】 1.研究目的高等医学院校毕业生在进行职业选择时,由于所学专业原因,其职业意向多趋向于医学事业。但是医学是一门多分支的学科,其专业特点不同,医学教研工作又不尽相同,特别是当今边缘学科和交叉学科的兴起,与医学专业相关的职业也趋于多样化:如医药销售、医事法律顾问、医院管理、基础医学教育等等。不同的职业环境对人才的需求,除了对专业和学历层次等外在因素存在差异,对个体的性格和潜质的要求也是不尽相同的。随着人本管理思想的成熟与盛行,医药卫生单位在人才引入时,已开始注意到个体人格与工作环境适配与对应,并引入人才测评理论和方法进行干预,以保证医学事业整体的和谐发展。目前,各类的人才网站为数众多,为人才供求双方提供了便捷的信息沟通和双向选择平台。人才网站正逐渐的成为医学院校毕业生择业和医疗卫生单位招聘的主要方式之一。但是由于缺乏对自身人格特征和能力的了解,大部分医学院校毕业生在进行职业选择时存在一定的盲目性,面对大量的职位信息,很难根据自身的人格特点进行选择。对于卫生人才需求单位来说,虽然人才网站也提供根据设定的条件进行人才信息筛选,但往往忽视求职者个性特征与职业环境类型的匹配。因此无论对求职者还是招聘单位来说,交互索引结果信息过于泛泛,不能在双向选择过程中提供具有针对性的帮助。本研究目的旨在将典型的人职匹配理论—霍兰德人格类型理论与.NET网络开发技术相结合,建立针对高等医学院校毕业生的卫生人力资源信息服务网站,一方面在大量的招聘信息中,根据求职者客观基本情况和职业人格类型,为其推荐合适的职位信息,实现个体的人格类型与职业环境需求相匹配,精确职业选择的范围,引导医学院校毕业生理性就业,提高成功就业的可能性。用人单位也可以根据实际情况设定的职业环境的人格需求标准,快速对个人能力素质进行识别的同时,针对测评结果还可以纵向排名,为招聘单位的人员初筛节约大量的时间和精力。同时,将最新的.NET网络开发技术应用到人才信息服务中来,提高信息服务的水平。2.研究方法文献研究:通过深入研究国内外各类职业素质测评理论文献,掌握各类人才测量量表的使用方法,建立人才测评工具量表库。查阅技术书籍及相关论文资料,获得平台开发建设的所需的技术知识。专家访谈:针对医药卫生行业相关职业的特点,通过与人力资源部门进行交流,并参考相关的职业分类理论,建立职业能力要求与医药卫生行业的职业对照表。问卷调查:对医药卫生行业若干职业的从业人员进行问卷调查,对问卷的结果进行汇总分析,建立不同职业类型的职业人格能力模型,为模拟数据提供参考。瀑布模型法:最早由W.Royce在1970年提出了瀑布模型法,它给出了软件生存周期活动的固定顺序,上一阶段的活动完成后向下一阶段的活动过渡,最终得到所开发的软件产品的设计方法。3.研究结果:为了满足高等医学院校毕业生求职和医药卫生单位招聘工作的需要,建立卫生人力资源信息服务网站,实现人才信息与招聘信息的自主发布与管理。本文首先对霍兰德人格类型理论及其应用价值进行探讨,并将其与.NET和AjAX等网络开发技术有机地结合,基于霍兰德人格类型理论(六角理论)进行人职匹配算法的推导与论证,并将该算法应用到人才供求信息的动态显示中,一方面根据求职者设定的个人基本情况及个人的性格特征与职业环境的匹配程度,为求职者推荐符合其职业兴趣的岗位信息,提高人才信息服务的针对性;招聘单位也可根据求职者的测评情况,进行横向对比。为了检验职业匹配算法功能的实际应用情况,本研究建立了人才供求信息的双向入口,包括个人求职注册登录、个人求职信息发布、人格测评、个人职位信息显示、单位用户注册登录、单位信息管理、单位职位信息发布、单位人才信息推荐。其中个人职位信息显示页采用动态电子地图和基本信息列表共同显示的方式,使与求职者职业兴趣相匹配的工作信息以图形坐标的形式显示在电子地图上,使筛选信息结果显示更加直观准确,方便求职者了解区域性卫生人力资源整体需求状况,从而进一步帮助求职者理性就业。最后,为了实现就业方面的进一步沟通,本研究还建立网络就业洽谈室,以方便医学毕业生与用人单位进行网上信息沟通,提高网络就业信息服务的水平。4.创新点:1.利用霍兰德人格类型理论(职业匹配理论)建立职业匹配算法数学模型,并将其应用到卫生人力资源信息服务网站中。2.实现职位信息在电子地图中的标注及动态直观显示。
【Abstract】 Research AimsWhen graduates of the medical universities hunt jobs, their career intentions tend to the medical area because of the limitation of major.But the medicine is a subject more than one branch, the major characteristics are different. Medical teaching and research work are not the same, especially the emergence of the frontier subjects and the cross subjects, resulting in medical-related occupations diversification, such as the sale of medicine, medical legal advisers, hospital management, basic medical education and so on. Different occupational environment demands for the different talent in addition to the professional and academic qualifications at the level of external factors on individual differences in personality and the requirements of the potential. With the mature and the prevalence of management idea, medical and health institutions has started to pay attention to individual personality and the work environment in the introduction of talent, and introduces the theory and methods of evaluation professionals to intervene to ensure the harmony development of that the whole medical cause.At present, a large number of various types of talent webs provide a platform of convenient communication and two-way selection for supply and demand. Talent web is gradually becoming one of the main forms of medical schools graduates hunting jobs and medical and health units recruiting. However, the majority of medical graduates are blind in career choice, because of the lack of knowing personal character and their own ability. Also, facing many positions’information, it is difficult for graduates to do the choices based on their own the personality characteristics. Referring to the organizations with positions to fill, the website also provides predetermined conditions to do talent information selection, but job seekers’personal characteristics and the matches of occupational types is often ignored. Therefore, whether the job seekers or recruitment units, the results information of cross-index are too general, and can not provide targeted assistance in two-way selection process.This study was designed to combine the Typology Approach theory with NET web development technology to set up the employment information service platform for medical graduates. On the one hand, according to the basic objective of job seekers and career personality types, the appropriate job information in many recruitment information is recommended to realize the matches of individual’s personality type and occupational environment demand, to accurate the search of career choices, to make sure that their professional selection directions are stronger, guide medical graduates rational employment, and enhance the possibility of successful employment. According to the actual situation of the occupational model of personality needs competent, employers can also identify individual ability rapidly. On the other hand, the evaluation of the results can also be used for horizontal analogy and vertical score ranking, in order to save time and effort for recruiting. At the same time, combining the latest NET web development technology with the talent information services improves the level of information service. Research MethodsDocument research: By intensive study to the various types of talent evaluation theory literature home and abroad to master all kinds of talent evaluation, to scale and to domestic establish the Treasury Evaluation Instrument Scale. By consulting technical books and papers related to information to acquire required technical knowledge for developing and constructing the platform.Expert interview: Based on the characteristics of medical and health related occupations, by communicating with the Human Resources Department and referring to the relevant job classification theory to establish the occupational table of vocational competency requirements and medicine and health sectors. Questionnaire surve: By the analysis to the results of the questionnaire, to establish different personality types of vocational competency model, to provide reference data for the simulation.Waterfall Pattern: W. Royce offered the Waterfall Pattern in 1970, which gives the software live cycle activities in a fixed order and the transition after the completion of one stage to the next one, eventually gain the design method of developed software products.Research ResultsSetting up supply and demand of human resources information website to meet the need of medical graduates seeking job and employers recruiting, to achieve the free issuance and management of the talent information and recruitment information of. The article covers Holland’s Typology Approach theory and the value of application, combines NET with GDI+ program development techniques, and deduces and argues the arithmetic of matching between individual and career based on the Holland’s Typology Approach theory .The algorithm is applied to the talent supply and demand cross-indexing. On the one hand, according to the matching level between basic personal introduction and the individual characteristics and occupational environment, recommend the job information is recommended to the job-seeker to improve the accuracy of the index and screen information. According to the evaluation of job-seekers, employers can also make the horizontal contrast.In order to test the practical application of matching functions, this study sets up the two-way information entrance both for the supply and demand, including individual job-seekers register and log, personal resume information, personality appraisal, personal information recommend jobs, enterprise users Register and Log, enterprise information management, recruitment release information, business information professionals recommend. The personal position information recommending page is displayed by the way of dynamic electronic map and the basic information list in which the job information that matches job-seekers interested displayed on the electronic map in the form of graphics, to ensure filter information results more intuitive and accurate and convenience job-seekers know the overall demand for medical talent, thus supply further assistance for seeking job rationally.Finally, in order to achieve better communication, the study also sets up networks room for employment to facilitate medical graduates and employers communicate on-line and improve the network employment information services.Innovation designs:1. Using Holland’s Typology Approach theory to set up the mathematical algorithm model of occupational matching and applying it to the Health Human Resources Information Services site.2 Realize the position information to mark in an electronic map and dynamic display.
