飞机翼面结构有限元网格快速生成的方法与研究

【摘要】 本文对四边形网格生成技术进行了研究比较,主要分析了映射法、基于栅格法、四叉树法、铺砌法等常用算法的原理及优缺点。在此基础上,结合CATIA二次开发工具CAA实现对飞机翼面结构模型的参数信息提取,生成简化翼面模型,采用铺砌算法完成翼面结构模型的网格的快速生成。内容主要包括:(1)在广泛阅读和参考相关文献的基础上,详细地介绍、分析总结了当前主要的网格生成方法,并展望了该领域的未来研究方向。(2)研究总结了CATIA二次开发的几种开发方法,对基于CAA的CATIA二次开发技术进行了深入的探索,着重介绍了飞机翼面结构模型的信息提取方法和相关算法。(3)提出翼面结构零件中面、中线提取算法,针对具体的翼面结构,设计了模型总的简化流程,通过细致分析梁、纵墙、翼肋、蒙皮的结构构成和特点,有针对性的分别设计了简化的具体办法。最后对各个构件的简化模型进行进一步的处理,生成了翼面几何模型的简化模型。(4)针对简化的翼面结构模型,利用铺砌法实现了有限元网格的自动生成。详细阐述了铺砌法的流程以及关键技术,保证了算法的可靠性和运行效率,最后生成四边形网格和网格的优化。实际算例表明,在符合建模的实际前提下,可对翼面的几何模型进行快速简化并快速生成有限元网格。

【Abstract】 This thesis contains the research and comparison of surface meshing technique and analyzes the principle and strengths and drawbacks of the commonly used algorithms such as Mapping, Topology Decomposition, Grid-based, Mesh Generation Scheme for Arbitrary Planar Domains and Geometry Decomposition, etc. It studies the quadrilateral mesh generation algorithm with feature constraint based on the above-mentioned research, which emphasizes on:First, on the basis of vastly reading and referring relevant papers, the first chapter of this thesis introduces, analyzes and reviews the currently popular mesh generation methods, and previews the research directions in the future.Sencond, the actuality of CATIA secondary development in China and other countries is analyzed and summed up in this paper. Some development methods of CATIA is compared and summed up in it. With the aid of Visual C++ platforms and C++ language, many helpful researches on the CATIA secondary development based on CAA were presented. It realized extract paramter information for aircraft wing structural model and generate medial axis middle surface.Third, This paper proposes extract algorithm of wing structure middle surface and middle axis, according to specific wing structure, designed the whole simple circuit of modle, and designed simple specific method through detailed analysis structure constitution and feature of beam,longitudinal wall,wing rib and aircraft skin. Finally, further handle simple modle of each component,and produce simple modle of wing geometrical modle.Forth, automation generate entire quadrilateral finite element mesh based on paving algorithm.it detailed elaborate the process and key technology of paving, make sure the algorithmic reliability and the running efficiency, generate the quadrilateral mesh and optimization finally.with the actual premise of consistent with the model,practical example shows that the method can simplify the geometric model of wing surface rapidly and generate finite element mesh quickly.
