煤矿DTY型挂缆车自动支撑的研究

【摘要】 随着我国煤矿机械的快速发展,煤矿设备在现代化的采煤生产中发挥着越来越重要的作用。煤矿设备主要依靠电力驱动,电缆线是必不可少的。在使用电力方便的同时,从而也带来了电缆线随采煤设备移动收放的问题,而DTY—50/120型自行电缆拖挂吊车的研发、使用和推广,很好地解决了此难题。这种设备的研制成功,更好地促进了井下大量煤矿设备的使用和普及,而自动支撑是其组成部件之一。自动支撑是DTY—50/120型自行电缆拖挂吊车的重要部件,也是连接液压缸和挂缆车的核心部件。该部件工作性能的好坏直接决定着整个设备运行的平稳性,可靠性及工作效率。因而要对自动支撑进行有限元分析和强度校核,以保证该设备的安全和平稳运行。本文首先,系统的阐述DTY-50/120型自行电缆拖挂吊车的自动支撑部分的工作原理和零件材料选择以及有限元计算与分析的内容,从结构、合理性等方面进行分析研究。其次,在大型三维设计软件Solidworks中建立DTY-50/120型自行电缆拖挂吊车自动支撑壳体模型。然后,利用大型ANSYS有限元分析软件校核其机构强度和刚度,并对其进行模态和谐响应分析,避免挂缆车在井下工作时发生较大的振动和滑动,影响井下设备的正常运行和矿井工人的生命安全。最后,利用最优化方法对自动支撑壳体进行优化设计,从而尽可能减轻零件和机器的重量,降低成本,更好地促进自行电缆拖挂吊车的推广和普及。图49表9参58
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of coal mining machinery, coal mining equipment in the modernization of the production is playing an increasingly important role. It is essential for cable to coal mining equipment rely mainly on coal power-driven equipment. Convenience of the use of electricity, which also brought the problem of the cable with the mobile mining equipment for retraction and release. It is research and development, use and promotion of the type of DTY-50/120 cable trailer car can better solves this problems. The successful development of this equipment to better promote the use and popularity of underground coal mining equipment. However,the automatic supporter is one of the main components of the device.The automatic supporter is an important component of the type of DTY-50/120 cable trailer car, meanwhile it is the core component of hanging cable car connecting the hydraulic cylinder. The quality of performance of the part directly determines the smooth operation, reliability and efficiency of the equipment. Thus the finite element analysis and strength check for the automatic supporter, to ensure the safety of the device and smooth running.First of all, systematic exposition working principle of the part of the automatic supporter of the type of DTY-50/120 cable trailer car, the analysis of material selection and content for analysis of finite element, from the structure and rational to other aspects for it.Second, in the Sol id works of the large three-dimensional design software, establishing three-dimensional model of shell for automatic supporter.Then, using the ANSYS of the large-scale finite element analysis software to check the strength and rigidity of institutional, and analysis of its modal and harmonic response, while it is operation, to avoid greater vibration and sliding for hanging cable car, and maintain the normal operation of equipment and the safety of lives for workers in the mine.Finally, make use of optimization methods to the automatic supporter shell for the design of optimize, to minimize the weight of parts and machinery, reduce costs, to better promote the cable trailer car and popularization for it.
