DJ集团十二·五战略规划研究

【摘要】 战略是对相对较长时期内重大事项的全局谋划与决策。战略具有指导性、全局性、长远性、竞争性、系统性、风险性的特点。战略规划是制定全局性、长远性、战略性目标的策划。企业战略是指企业决策者根据企业外部环境和内部资源及能力的状况,为求获得企业的生存和长久发展,为不断的获得新的竞争优势,对企业发展目标、达到目标的途径和手段的总体谋划。企业战略规划是企业在发展壮大过程中必须要研究、制定并最终执行实施发展规划,制定执行战略规划,使企业在中期发展过程中有明确的目标、有具体而又系统的发展措施,使企业的中长期发展有计划有步骤,有鉴于此,当前各企业特别是大中型企业对企业自身的战略规划的研究和制定都十分关注。本课题是在企业战略规划理论指导下,通过对DJ集团这一国有大中型企业进行系统、深入地分析,并结合其发展的目标,制定其在十二·五发展期间的总体战略。通过本课题的研究,我们希望制定出适应国内外发展现状,符合DJ集团实际情况,既具有前瞻性和创新性,又具有实际可操作性的DJ集团十二·五发展战略规划,为促进DJ集团的又好又快的发展提出极为重要的指导规划。同时,本文的写作源于DJ集团的重大管理研究课题,具有极强的实践价值和理论价值。从本文的结构看,文章总体由六大章节构成:第一章是文章的绪论部分,该部分主要介绍了文章选题的背景和意义、文章的研究思路以及文章的创新点,该部分的写作为文章后续问题的分析、研究和解决打下基础。第二章为文章的国内外研究综述部分,该部分是全文的理论基础部分,对指导研究的理论基础进行了必要的阐述,主要对战略规划、企业战略规划尤其是大中型企业战略规划制定的国内外研究现状进行了综述,从总体上为课题的研究提供了理论基础平台。第三章、第四章和第五章是全文的重点核心部分,该部分是在理论基础上,着重分析了DJ集团的现状以及DJ集团十一·五战略规划的执行情况,并指出了战略规划执行过程中存在的问题和在后续工作中亟待解决的难题。以此为前提,笔者通过采用SWOT分析法对DJ集团五大主营业务(电机、风电、泵、车辆、轨道交通)进行了竞争力分析,进而拟订出十二·五期间集团的发展目标以及发展措施,为DJ集团现有电气成套业务板块(电机、电控、泵业)、风电业务板块、车辆业务板块(矿用车辆、城轨车辆)及开发新业务板块(新能源、金融)的发展提供指导。第六章为全文的总结与展望。在研究过程中,文章贯彻定性和定量相结合的原则,运用战略研究相关理论透彻分析企业发展生存环境的基础、制订出十二·五期间DJ集团的发展目标以及发展措施,为DJ集团各大业务板块的发展提供指导方向。全文从企业战略规划的基本思路和基本内容出发,通过实际案例——大型国有企业集团战略规划的制定希望为其他大型企业战略规划的制定明确方法、提供思路。
【Abstract】 Strategy is a significant global planning and decision-making matters for reletively long period. Strategy has the characteristics of guideline, integrity, long-term, competitiveness, systematic and risk. Strategic planning is to develop a global, long-term and strategy-target scheme. Corporate strategy is based on the enterprise’s status of external environment, internal resources and capabilities. Corporate strategy aims at corporation’s survival, long-term development and continuing acquiring new competition advantage. Corporate strategy is a global scheme of business development goals, ways and means to achieve the objectives which is made by enterprise’s decision makers.Strategic planning is a prerequisite development planning to research, develop and eventually implement in the process of enterprise development and growth. To establish and implement strategy planning can make enterprise has clear objectives, specific and systematic development measures in the medium-term development and make enterprise’s medium-term and long-term development have targets and steps. For this reason, current enterprises especially medium-large-sized corporations are very concerned with the research and establishment of their own strategic planning.This research is under the guidance of the theory of corporate strategic planning. By systemic and deep analysis to the state-owned large-sized enterprise DJ Group and its development objective, this paper proposes DJ Group’s global strategic plans during the Twelfth Five-Year. Through this research, we hope to constitute DJ Group’s Twelfth Five-Year strategic plans which is adapt to the development status of home and abroad, accords with the actual situation of DJ Group, both forward-looking and innovative, but also has the practical operability. This strategic plans proposes guidance of great importance to promote fast and high-quality development of the DJ Group. Meanwhile, this paper is based on the research topics of Group DJ management. It has significant value of practice and theory.This paper consists of six chapters. The first chapter is the article’s introduction which describes background and significance of this topic, as well as article’s basic ideas and innovation point. This part lays the foundation for follow-up analysis, research and resolve in this paper. The second chapter is domestic and abroad related research. This part is the theoretical basis of the paper which investigates the theoretical basis to guide our research and mainly describes the domestic and abroad research status of strategic planning, corporate strategic planning and medium-large-sized corporations strategic planning. In general, it provides the theory foundation for the research of this subject. Chapter III, Chapters IV and V are the core of the full text. On this basis, the current situation of the Group DJ and its Eleventh Five-Year strategy planning’s implementation is analyzed. Problems during the implementation process of strategic planning and difficult tasks in the follow-up work are indicated. According to this, SWOT analysis method is adopted to analyze the competition ability of DJ Group’s five main businesses (motors, wind power, pumps, vehicles, rail transport). Thus, development objectives and development measures of the Group during the period of Twelfth Five-Year is studied out. In additional this can provide guidence for the development of DJ Group’s four major business segments: electric segments(electrical motor, electronic control system, pump); wind power segment; vehicle segment(mining vehicles, city transportation vehicles); new business segment(new energy and finance). Chapter VI is the summary and prospect part of this paper.In the course of the study, this paper combines qualitative and quantitative analysis. Strategic study theory is applied to thoroughly analyze the foundation of enterprise’s subsistence and development. DJ Group’s development target and measure during the period of Twelfth Five-Year is proposed in this paper, as well as development guidance of DJ Group’s main business segment .This paper is based on the basic principle and content of corporate strategic planning. Through a practical case of establishing strategic planning of a large state-owned enterprise group, we expect to provide methods and ideas for the strategic planning’s establishment of other large companies.
