基于.NET的高职院校人力资源管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】 高职院校的人事管理工作已经逐步向人力资源管理和开发转化。因此,能否为创造优秀的教学和科研环境,提供优秀的人事保证,将是高职院校在激烈的竞争中求得生存和发展的关键因素之一。高职院校人事管理的根本目的在于建设好教职工队伍,这是完成学校各项工作任务和提高学校办学质量及其效益的主要保证。为及时、准确地进行人事信息的查询和统计,对人事资料需要采取科学的管理方法和采用现代化的管理手段,对教职工的历史性、周期性、随机性信息进行及时的、全方位的跟踪和更新。本课题尝试在.NET的构架基础上开发实现人力资源管理信息系统,使用UML进行系统建模、使用ORM进行数据库建模,创建基于构架的模块组件式应用代码,并探讨系统可能的运行环境下安全技术解决方案。从学校的具体情况出发,对人力资源信息管理系统进行了详细的需求分析,并针对此需求分析提出了人力资源信息管理系统的总体结构设计方案。最后,本文依据上述设计方案,描述了人力资源信息管理系统各级模块的具体实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 The personnel administration job has been turned to human resource management and development in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, it is one of the main factors for the higher vocational colleges to survive in the heated compete that whether excellent personnel administration can be created for the teaching and research environment. The essential purpose for the human resource management in higher vocational colleges is to set up excellent teachers group, and it is guarantee to fulfill the jobs of school and improve the teaching quality .In order to check and count the personnel information on time and effectively, we need scientific ways and modern administrative methods to track and date up the teachers’historic ,periodicity and randomcity information.Based on .NET, using UML to set up system modeling and ORM to set up data system modeling ,creating application code on the base of module assembly, this topic aims to develop human resource administrative system and to find out the safety technological methods in Java runtime environment.This paper analyzes the human resources administrative system in detail, and puts forward with design proposal for HR system . Finally, based on the above plans, this paper describes the future of the every model for HR administrative system.更多还原
