基于SOA的供电企业运营支撑系统的集成实现

【摘要】 企业想要在日益激烈的市场竞争中取得核心竞争力,获得更大利益,提高企业的信息化水平将是重要的手段之一。现阶段,企业内部已经构建了大量的应用系统,各系统在各自的业务领域发挥着重要作用,但它们相互之间往往不能很好的协同工作,各系统之间相互独立,从而在企业内部形成许多信息孤岛。同时,在激烈的市场竞争情况下,现代企业面临着巨大的市场压力。企业想要适应市场的变化需求以及业务流程的快速变更,则必须要具备灵活敏捷的信息系统。在这种形势下,面向服务体系构架(Service-OrientedArchitecture,SOA)应运而生。为了解决电力企业信息化中存在的“重用难”、“集成难”等问题,本文建议把面向服务架构SOA(Service Oriented Architecture)应用到供电企业运营支撑系统中,以实现功能重用和数据共享。本文提出了一个基于SOA架构的供电企业运营支撑系统模型,该模型包含了一个信息集成平台、一个企业门户和一系列业务应用系统。信息集成平台用于实现企业应用集成,平台使用企业服务总线充当服务请求者与服务提供者之间的中介,避免了点对点集成。业务应用系统所提供的业务功能都通过SOA的最佳实现技术——Web服务来实现,这些Web服务还将发布到信息集成平台上以实现功能重用。通过企业门户可以将信息集成平台上的数据和服务展现出来。SOA架构的企业门户不同于传统紧耦合的企业门户,它是松耦合的,用户界面的功能可以重用、组合以及裁剪。测试结果表明,基于SOA的供电企业运营支撑系统模型可以实现业务应用系统之间的集成,各个应用系统像一个整体一样进行业务处理和信息共享,消除了供电企业内部的“信息孤岛”和“应用孤岛”。充分证明了Web服务的最佳应用场合是软件重用和企业应用集成。
【Abstract】 Enterprises want to achieve the core competencies in the increasingly keen marketable competition,so that access to greater benefits and improve the level of corporate information will be an important means of instruction.At the present stage, the enterprise has built a large number of applications,the systems in their respective business areas play an important role,but they often independent of each other and cannot work together well,resulting in the formation of a lot of information silos within the enterprise.At another side,the modern enterprise faced with enormous market pressures competing in the fierce market situation.If enterprises want to adapt to changing market needs and business processes of rapid change,they must have a flexible and agile information systems.Insuch circumstances,the Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA)came into being.In order to solve the problems of reuse and integration in electric power enterprise informatization, it is suggested that SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) should be applied in power supply enterprise Operation Support System to realize function reuse and data sharing. This paper proposes a power supply enterprise OSS (Operation Support System) model based on SOA, which includes an information integration platform, an enterprise portal and a series of business application systems. Information integration platform is used to realize EAI (Enterprise Application Integration), it uses ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) as a hub to connect service requester and service provider to avoid a point-to-point integration. Business function provided by application systems are realized by using Web Services and these Web Services will also be published on the information integration platform to realize function reuse. EP (Enterprise Portal) shows service and data of information integration platform, EP based on SOA is different from traditional EP, it is loosely coupled. The function of user interface can be reused, combined and trimmed.Test results show that the power supply enterprise OSS model can integrate business application systems. Various application systems handle business and share data as a whole. The model eliminated the information island. This fully proves that the best applications of Web Services are software reuse and EAI.
