供热管网运行调节方法优化研究

【摘要】 随着我国城市集中供热事业的迅速发展,集中供热系统的供热面积逐渐增大,相应在供热管网上的投资越来越大,供热管网也日益彰显其重要性。供热管网是一个复杂的输配网络,研究供热管网的优化对减少能源消耗、降低运行费用以及保证热网安全、经济运行至关重要。其优化主要包括布局优化,设计优化和运行优化。供热管网运行优化可以通过在调节方法、多热源联网供热以及供热参数等多种方面采用多种方法对管网进行改变,从而达到优化的目的。从技术角度上讲,这几部分优化可以单独进行。本文将供热管网运行优化的重点放在选择经济的供热调节方法上。以水力计算及供热调节相关公式为基础,建立了在热水网路采用质调节、质量—流量调节以及分阶段变流量的质调节时的通用数学模型。运用Delphi结合SQL Server数据库编制了供热管网运行调节优化软件并做了简单的介绍。软件考虑了在不同管网类型、不同热源个数及不同的供暖用户与热水网路连接方式下的供热管网条件下,通过输入具体管网参数,可以实现对管网的水力计算、不平衡率分析及循环水泵的选择,针对不同的调节方式绘制水温调节曲线,进行经济性分析,从而选择最优的调节方式并进行水力工况校核。最后,选取了一个具体的供热管网模型,通过软件计算结果与已知手算结果相比较,验证所编制软件的准确性。结果表明:利用该软件进行水力计算所得水力计算结果误差均在允许范围内,较为精确,能够很好的满足实际工况要求,软件计算及分析过程更加直观,大大加快了计算速度,节省人力物力。
【Abstract】 Because of the rapid development the heating area of central heating system is gradually increasing. The investment of heating pipeline network is accordingly more and more. Heating pipeline network also increasingly reveal its importance. Since heating pipeline network is a complicated distribution network, research on optimization of heating pipeline network is essential to reducing energy consumption and operating cost, as well as ensuring system safety and economic operation .The optimization mainly includes layout optimization, design optimization and operation optimization.Optimization of heating pipeline operation could be achieved by modifying the pipe network through diversified ways such as adjusting methods, multi-source heating network and heating parameters , etc. Technically, these processes could be implemented separately.This paper emphasizes on the choice of economic heating regulation method to obtain the best adjusting method. On the basis of hydraulic calculation and heating adjust formula, mathematic models of quality regulation, quality-traffic regulation and grading variable flow quality regulation are listed. Using Delphi combined with SQL Server database compiled the heating network operation adjustment optimization software and make a brief introduction. Software considers the heating pipeline network conditions such as the pipe type, the heat numbers and different connections, by inputting network parameters, the calculation of hydraulic power, flow, pressure loss and head of each section, as well as the selection of appropriate circulating pumps for different adjusting methods, are implemented. Through calculation of the model by using 3 heating adjusting methods, supply and return water temperature and temperature adjustment curve are concluded. Finally, through economic analysis, the most appropriate optimization method is determined, and check back of the hydraulic condition of the optimized system is implemented. Finally, select a specific heating network mode. Compare the two results of computer calculation and hand computation to verify the software’s accuracy. The results show that using the software hydraulic calculation errors are within permitted. The software requirements calculation and analysis process is more intuitive, greatly accelerate the calculation speed.
